I'm not gonna lie guys. I do squats with about 500+ with a rom of about 3 inches. I consider that my warm up. Then I will get ass I grass with like 315 for reps, warms up your legs and makes everything else feel real light.

I warm up my dead lift with 800+ pounds then do my max of 500 on my off days...

So far we have too old men and 2 16 year old kids. One of them just asked if he could do pull ups on the bar in the squat rack.

Oh geez I went into the men's locker room to wash my hands and there was an old guy showering in the dark. And he said thanks for turning the lights back on! And I just dried my hands and walked back out lol.
 
I usually hit the gym at about 6-7 in the a.m. and it was always me and about a dozen old men. Every time I would go to the locker room, there would be atleast one of them naked in front of the mirror drying their junk with a hair dryer. nasty old men!

I use anywhere from 5,000-10,000 texts a month and I have never used "smh" lol crap my phone auto corrects it to Ang hahaha

Using phone wrong way. I seen a screen shot u had auto rotation lock enabled. My suggestion a simple/basic phone for u. ;)

No kidding ... I coordinate pool and beach parties during summer so yeah mass texts are a must have ... And my data plan is gone by the 10th sucks ... Always end up paying extra for damn ATT&T data
