Only thing is my shoulder mainly. It's been dislocated twice in my teen years so it isn't all M1Ps fault but it hasn't bothered me in years before now.

Nice job on the pr, I actually had the same issue last week, got burnt out at 205. Today I went 135, 205 then 215... Pumped it out for 6.

Your numbers are awesome for your size bro.

I want them to be better. Hopefully Saturday I get at least 325 on the bench so it will be really close to double my BW.

Day 27 - 2/3/12
Well, I'm skipping triceps today so I can go for 325 on bench tomorrow at 100%. While I was warming up for my deadlift max a guy was watching me and started critiquing my form but in a way that isn't annoying. Basically what he told me was I'm trying to pull too hard with my arms and not driving with my legs enough. Sure enough, I focused more on using my legs and things felt better.

Deadlift new PR - 470(Yes, I did use straps.) Honestly I feel if I keep this form my deadlift will be able to shoot up even more in the next few weeks.

Was going to try for 325 again but when I paused 285 I noticed my shoulder started to hurt, went to 305 did it and it started to hurt worse so I knew 325 was just a bad idea. Ohwell, still got 315 this week. I have like maybe one ml of M1P left :(

Starting PCT in the morning.

Final Comments -
For me, the only sides I noticed were a little bit of acne on my back at the beginning of the cycle(uncommon for me) and shoulder pains primarily when I bench. The shoulder pains I don't really want to add to the sides of M1P because it's been injured twice before and very well could be my own fault that it is hurt but I haven't noticed any pains in several years.

I honestly feel like M1P would be perfect for a recomp. My vascularity is up(Noticing a lot more in shoulders and upper thighs), I'm feeling leaner and my muscles are fuller. My strength did go up steadily through the cycle and I feel it especially in my accessory lifts but I do not really keep track of maxes on those.
Pause Bench - 305 -> 315
ATG Squat - 380 -> 400
Deadlift - 445(with straps) -> 470

I was eating healthy with approximately 2200-2500 calories a day and appetite didn't really seem to change during the cycle. Using my personal broscience I'd say I've lost somewhere around .5-1% bodyfat while gaining 4.4 pounds.
Starting weight - 164.1, Current Weight -168.5

The boys seem to be fine(Still hanging), not shutdown, and libido is the same.
 
Nice summary and 1 month strength gains. When you are lifting heavy it is tougher to make those gains that are made at early/mid stages of working out. If a newbie jumped on this the gains could be insane, but probably not sustained.

Feb 16th will be a year of actually lifting for me, was hoping to have a double bodyweight pause bench by then.

I wouldn't suggest a noob go on any PH cycle. Let them get to know their body and how it reacts to the lifting and basic supps. Then once they've been at it for a while (more than 1month! Lol!) they can start a cycle after researching it.

Yeah, agreed, just thinking outloud. But also Jay is extremely strong for his wt so his gains are getting harder to come by I am sure.

Holy ****, please cap the DAA-HCG powder, the taste is horrible. Subres tastes okay especially after drinking DAA-HCG.
 
LOL..Man up!!!! Ive got some DA-HCG that my cabinet for after my 5aOHP run. Yes, Ive heard this hasnt tasted the best, BUT... How many powders, That are'nt flavored, Taste good?!?!?!?
 
Sorry Bro. What I used to do is mix it( powder) in like a juice. Just enough, like 6-8 oz. and just shoot it down. Kinda dulls the nastiness of it.

It was my first PH and so far I haven't had any bad experiences with it.
 
Yes I stand STRONGLY behind our products for sure. Ive actually made a decision to stop using any other hormones due to the fact Im tired of all the sides. And with these products the results have been little to no sides. EVEN..with higher dosing, and solid gains!!!!
 
No extra kidney, liver, prostate stress besides what comes with elevated hormones?
I did not get any bloodwork done so I can't exactly confirm but it isn't methylated so I don't see it being hepatotoxic. I didn't notice any prostate enlargement or any common signs of kidney issues.

Good to hear. I think i might add this at the end of my 8wk androhard cycle I'm running now.
It would stack very well. M1P is very versatile as stacks well with most PH's. Not being methylated and pretty much zero sides makes it a perfect stacker or solo compound.

Strength so far is still the same, which is expected since the second and third are the hard weeks to keep your gains. I feel like I look smaller in the mirror now but my weight is still the same? I miss M1P!

True man, you probably have all the muscle you built though as the weight is still there ;) Granted you could still have some androgens floating in your system.

Everything is going great so far besides that I'm confused why I seem to look smaller while my weight and bodyfat looks the same to me. I'm almost positive I'll keep my gains. I work hard, eat right and I don't feel shutdown which is always a good sign.
 
This sounds very promising man. But yeah, you SERIOUSLY might look smaller because your not pumped all the time

Hahaha! I cut about half the handle off of my scooper to get it to fit back in the tub easily.
