up another poundish. 191.8 in the morning - feelin good. todays workout was good. I'm gonna start a constant program this monday when my school starts and I can keep a regular schedule. Im going to be doing 4 day split, pyramiding sets template 12,10,6,4 w/an added high rep set here and there.
