As long as they were hotties and not the "1" shorter & she'd be round" kind! Also as long as you weren't wearing the stretchy pants! That could present quite the awkward moment! Lol!

Today is my usual day off from lifting with some cardio. I was complaining to the gf about not wanting to go for a run, so she convinced me go to this 'spin' class thing. 22 girls, one other dude, lights nearly off with music blairing, sh^t got real. lol

Haha i bet it did.

Quick little update: Shoulders/Traps are definitely feeling stronger now. I benched Monday and it felt usual and so did my leg work out yesterday but today I was breezing through my work out. Definitely happy to get stronger in the military presses.

I want to see a video of those Barbell rows..Good numbers. I just cant figure out why my row numbers are so low..I mean I can do 225 for a few but havnt done it in a awhile. Im super strict with my rows..maybe thats it( oh and I hold at the top for a SQUEEZE!!!)

Getting good at them really helped my clean surprisingly. One of my gym buddies helped me get my back at the right angle so I think my form is normally pretty strict.
 
oh no ..not doubting you I just would like to see you do them..Ive seen like 12 different ways..lol

Not sure if it really matters but I always used double overhand for every lift I can
 
Yeah. meant for more so the angle aspect of it. I know I try to lean over as far as possible when doing regular rows..and more of a 45 degree doing yates row

Never tried yates. I slightly bend my knees and have my lower back pretty much 90 degrees and my upper arched with me looking straight ahead.
 
Yeah same here man.... either way that is one solid row bud. I love yates rows..seems to hit my lower lats real nice..killer pump for sure
 
Dang nice workout crazy amount of pull ups and big close grip bench big numbers that's close to my regular bench lol.

The reason my close grip is so good is because my regular bench is almost a close grip. Right now when I regular bench my pointer finger is right on the start of the 'grip' part of the bar, when I close grip I put about two fingers into the non-grip section. Once I finish M1P I'm going to switch to a wider grip by waiting I don't add additional factors to my bench press numbers all gains go to M1P. I haven't switched to a wider grip yet because the close thing has been working well for me but I want to see what a wider grip will do.

It might be better with a wide grip with your rows as strong as they are.
 
Day 15 - 1/21/12

Skipped the calf work out to hang out with some friends. It was 80+ degrees this afternoon so we ended up going to the beach.and now bowling. I love Florida.
 
jerk...it just snowed a crap ton here and we just finished a minus 30 cold snap.

Me too man. Woke up yesterday eager to go to the gym, but my buddy has a Sh*tty rear wheel truck with pretty bad tires( that he refuses to replace) And well Needless to say didnt get to go. Although, I did enjoy the rest Boxong is whooping my arse. Lost 7 pounds in 1 week, not changing my eating..WHOA!!!!
 
Day 16 - 1/22/12
Probably going to be a usual Sunday for me. I'll probably go for a run in the afternoon, but most of the time will be watching the Playoffs.

Quick update since I'm more than halfway done.
So far, so good. Strength has started to go up in some of my lifts. Muscles are feeling fuller and my mood is great. Still getting more vascular and my diet has been far from perfect the last few days. I still think M1P would be great for a recomp. Libido is still normal and no shut down.
Only cons so far is a little bit of acne the first week which stopped(knock on wood) and my left shoulder and elbow have been aching which is a first for me.

Missed this post. 7 lbs in a week is awesome, what changed if your diet didn't?

Yeah it is. Going to run with just the subres and DAA-HCG most likely. I have nolva because I thought I was going to do a superdrol cycle back when I first found AM and then I found out it wasnt a good idea for me.

I'll go down the rack of DBs for curls, from 40s to 15s. Do as many reps as I can then go to 35s, so on and so on . . . . the burn kills and my arms are swole forever

I used to do that, I'd start at 45s go down to 10s, then go back up the rack to 45s.
