So overall a really good workout, i was sweating my ass off thats for sure and finished up with some sprints/walking uphill after for 20 minutes. I think im going to change up a couple of the days and where they sit in the rotation, having one day between chest hypertrophy and upperbody power just isnt enough, so ill have to finagle that.

So far for the Vidatest my libido is still sky high, i feel great, sleeping deep as ****, and hardly sore, so recovery is definitely good. Appetite is ferocious right now too.

Shes usualy jumpin my bones at every chance, now shes got competition! LOL

No cardio was performed today and tomorrow is just a cardio day. Diets been on point and im feeling good!

Decent workout, pump and strenght werent the best on most movements, but hey you win some and you lose some. Still sleeping and feeling good. Recovery seems to have improved and libido is still high, which is surprising. Most test boosters for me fall off after 3 or so weeks, but this is still going strong!

Really good workout but my legs are fried and i was pouring sweat. Pump wasnt really there, but blood flow was huge if that makes sense. Hard to explain. Libido still sky high which the wife is LOVING, and i am in a good mood with some nice positive aggression. Overall a great day and i am exausted from my workout.

Got my 2nd bottle in today, so a big thanks for that! Today was a long busy day, i did get in and hammer it out in the gym, ill have the update tomorrow with tomorrows workout. Im going to try and get into the gym a bit earlier so i have some more time later to update n whatnot.

My nutritionist changed my diet and training plan though, so ill have those updates as well.

Overall a good workout, sweat on this program is insane and pumps hurt on arm days. Libido is still really good and confidence has been high lately. Recovery and sleep have been superb as well.

So i got in another bottle of Vidatest, so big thanks for that! My nutritionist took out my carbs in meal 1 and changed up my workout routine as well. Felt really good and recovery is just on point right now which im surprised as im hammering my body right now.

So as you can see a decent amount of volume. The new workout routine incorporates a lot of Dorian Yates's HIT workouts mixed with Volume. So this will be interesting. Legs were definitely pumped and hurting and the wife says my legs are getting just rediculously big compared to how they were. Libido is still good but i didnt sleep to well tonight, not sure what the problem was. I also woke up with a headache.

Another good workout, sweat wasnt up as much but vascularity and pump were decent. Not as much volume as the previous routine as far as consecutive days goes but i have a feeling im going to need the sort of "off days". Libido is still sky high and still feeling good as far as recovery goes. I think ive come down with a slight sinus bug as i spit out some blood from my sinuses this morning and had yet another headache. As i type this though i feel worlds better, so hopefully it was just a short thing.

So pretty decent workout, nothing to write home about. Pump has been mediocre at best lately and same with strength. I would have updated this yesterday but i was so tired once the wife and I got back from a christmas dinner that i literaly got home and passed out. I have not been feeling the best, which is why i think the pumps and strength is lacking. Libido seems pretty good and aggression seems to have picked up a bit.

Really a pretty crappy workout. Strength was way down for chest tonight on the pressing movements so i was pretty dissapointed. Lack of sleep and being sick i guess will do that, but i dont have the flu and i dont have a fever so i refuse to miss the gym! Still feeling a nice confidence boost from the vidatest and my recovery is still pretty darn decent, so i cant complain.

Definitely glad to be back in the gym and on the grind. My diets been clean today and im finaly on the road the shredvilled again.

Dreams for me come and go, sometimes they are good and vivid and other times i cant remember what i drempt about.

Felt really good today in the gym and sweating was rediculous. Its gotten so bad ive had to not wear an undershirt to the gym. Sleep is still good, no complaints there. Was in a bit more of a rush today then most days as i had errands to run before work, so i only got in 20 minutes of cardio, but no big deal, still killed the workout. Diets been on point of course.

I have also started to notice my aggression is increasing and alpha male is coming out more and more. Only thing i can attribute that too is my test must be through the roof! Libido was also about the same as yesterday. Work has me pretty stressed right now.

Today was a pretty sick workout, pump was huge and i felt pretty strong, great muscle contractions, just overall felt really good. Vascularity is starting to show up again since some of my fatassery is going away. Alpha male mentality is still up, sleep is still good, and libido was back on the up and up today. Diets been perfect and that will not change. Tomorrow is a scheduled cheat meal though, so i will enjoy that and since it is New Years eve i might enjoy a couple drinks at the house!

Tomorrow is also a much needed rest day. I will be foam rolling tonight and tomorrow for added recovery.

Today diets been perfect and we did 35 minutes of cardio after the workout.

So far sleep and recovery have still been pretty darn good and im not on a fatburner, yet i continue to drop weight, so im stoked about that. So i felt really good today, decided to take it a bit lighter today as i am battling a stinger in my back and my calves/ankles were just wrecked from the football game on my off day. Felt good though and i made all of the reps count.

Libido is still booming, which has me in awe as ive never had something work THIS good continuously. Usualy they just kind of stop, not vidatest! Recovery is also pretty darn good as well and pump has been very good. Sweating like crazy and very good mental outlook on stuff. Im impressed thus far.

So earlier in the day after work we played football for PT and ive been having a ton of problems with my lower legs, they just hurt like crazy and im not sure why. Anyways i got in the gym and by the time i was done i was just exausted, so the workout started out pretty decent and ended pretty decent, but i just wasnt in the mood to be honest. I did no cardio and headed home. Got home, ate, and literaly passed out on the couch. haha

Popped open the third bottle today and downed 4 caps. Still feelin good and sleeping like a rock on the vidatest. Libido has been good as usual and my drive to get shredded is at an all new high. So the mood effect from vidatest is pretty badass in my opinion.

Tomorrow will be a back/chest/bi workout. Im going to change my training plan again as i think im close to over training, just far to many hard days in the gym and to few rest days. Plus im battering numerous muscles like my shoulders multiple days in a row.

Im obsessed with that trap exercise. I also wasnt going to workout, but i felt really good and felt the need to get into the gym and tear it up. Sleep last night was off the chain, i woke up around 9:15 wide awake and this NEVER happens. Felt like i got such good sleep. Libido is also going crazy still and my wife is just eating it up, loving it! Mentality is really good and things are just flowing really nice right now.

So overall an ok workout, pump was real big at first doing the extensions and leg curls, then i started to feel like i was going to vomit when i was supersetting the close stance squats and leg press. So i backed off quite a bit, i also dont like how my range of motion with that leg press is so crappy. Not a fan at all. It was also busy as all hell so i cut the workout short and hopped on the cardio mahcine for 35 minutes.

Still feeling good, libido wasnt as high today as it has been, sleeps still great and overall feeling pretty good. Im happy thus far.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates, we recently changed schedules at work so im re-adjusting. I will have all days updated tomorrow though.
