RECOVER the Female Terminator for BATTLE

Oh, I'm never pain free either, its just the elbows especially the right one actually hurt enough to keep me from doing certain things I wanna' do and that annoys me :) Joint Force helps make it bearable I just need to use it on a more regular basis as it actually aids with healing. Hopefully this will be no different and you'll be back doing what you do shortly. Positive energy directed your way in that regard. I'm off to the gym, speaking of pain its leg day....Squats hurt....but they hurt soooo good :)

Yeah, Sean has been using JOINT FORCE a lot, and I actually started using it last week - it has definitely helped decrease the pain in my right shoulder, and, I believe, help in my ability for greater functional range of motion (at least, without pain). I'll keep using it for a while methinks. Have fun doing those squats :p

Keep up the good work Rosie. Glad you are almost back to where you were, it takes strength and courage to keep on pressing on when things get tough

Thanks, John. However, I am FAR from "almost back" to where I was; I have less pain and more range of motion, but that is still a far cry from being fully functional and after today at work, I am back to having to use a walking stick to get around. Let's just hope and pray that any weights I do do NOT cause any more delays in getting back to where I was and past it! I've had my fair share - MORE than my fair share, to be honest - of "tough" over the last 18 months, but I have definitely learnt through it all just how much "strength" I have, and certainly more about myself than I ever would have thought possible. Everything happens for a reason...

Yes stick with the Joint Force, I wish I could afford enough of it to fill a bathtub and soak(protecting certain sensitive areas of course) I was denied the luxurious pain of my squat routine by and inconsiderate gym member hogging the squat rack to basically lean on for 45 minutes GRRR! I moved to the hack squat and got in a brutal workout regardless, I can hardly walk this morning and I love it!!! back to the joint force, make sure you wrap the area with plastic wrap for at least five minutes after application. It makes it work soooo much better. Hope the rest of your week is outstanding and your healing is quick.

I misunderstood then.

I thought you were close to back where you were. Did something severe happen that caused this that I didnt know about?

Imaging Rosie using a walking stick to get around is depressing for me because I am used to imaging a Rosie lifting weights, doing cardio and doing the impossible. I hope you get better darlin

Must have - no worries, John :)

Nope, I am not anywhere near being close to being back to where I was - not likely to be for several months, either. Nothing else happened - just a domino effect re new and old injuries. I have made weekly updates in my Training Journal, if you want to review it briefly instead of me trying to explain everything here: Invalid Link Removed.

Trust me, you're not the only one it's depressing for! Thank you  Me too - and FAST!

If I know anything about you Ms. Rosie it is that you have a fierce determination. In short, you're a trooper. Be patient, keep plugging and I know you will get there.
