obviously we can all just google what these products do individually but its always great to hear about how the planned synergy plays out between ingredients....

Any testing done with the final formulation too???
 
btw... I may have just started my bulk, but Im already excited to cut again using this at the forefront to see how it handles the load!!!! Cant wait cause AN has never released a sub par product imo.

I am waiting for the 25 page write-up to go through editing.

We will have a mircosite that discusses this today or tomorrow.
 
Time to start planning the cutting phase!! I have one big push left to add some size and then we lean out for the "Suns Out Guns Out" season. Lol

If George allows it I will be more than happy to answer any questions with regards to the ingredients in Fat-Off. Im just not sure if he is waiting for the official write up to be realeased first.

Thw literature on this is pretty thorough and brings the whole in full circle on WHY each ingredient was chosen alongside of how they compliment one another. Discussion elsewhere to follow.

This is the first thing I will say. Pulled from the write-up to clear up the Theobromine, which Dirk tells me is different from the Theobromine from cocoa extract.

Theobromine- is part of the tri-methyl xanthine complex that makes up caffeine. Theobromine has the ability to act as a non-specific PDE inhibitor, which can prevent the breakdown of certain compounds that are crucial to fat loss.

i really like HGHup and the ingredient profile, the way it compliments eachother... surprised its not a MUCH more popular gh supp... slept great on that stuff....

Picked up some huperzine A just cause of what I learned in the HGHup writeup....

i wouldnt suggest stacking them. i would take one or the other to see max benefits from each one. i guess u can take half dose of each and stack it, but personally i wouldnt do that. once cool down comes out, HGHup + Fat Free + Cool Down + Lit Up is going to be an insane cutting stack

Ah, I see. Sounds good. I'll be looking out for that stack later this year. As now it's time to finally put on some size ;D
 
Exciting mini write up there.
So how strong would you say the appetite suppression is?
That's my least favorite aspect of fat burners these days.
 
agreed on that... while appetite suppression to a degree is great, for me, when I cut I do it during a time of year where activity level is through the roof. I work in the hot sun, running or jogging for about 12 hours a day AND workout on my 3 hour lunch... this leaves me really needing to still get in adequate amounts of protien and food in general to spare muscles as my expenditure goes way beyond my intake all on its own...

Having my appetite smashed for the whole day wouldnt be very beneficial in my case.
 
i actually dont like appetite suppression at all. i dont want to lose muscle on a cut. i want to be hungry so i can eat lean chicken and eggs and lots of them. if i get a craving for something, ill just drink alot of water to fill me up.
 
I agree with all 3 of the last posts^^^ I need to keep eating and hate appetite suppression.
 
cravings suppression isnt bad... I know theres a few supps that claim the ability to stifle cravings for less nutritioius foods, but outright making me not hungry is tough to deal with.
