It's here! Those are the words I said when I held up my tub of Focus XT Victoriously! (Well that might be a bit dramatic) I have wanted to try Focus XT for awhile, just wasn't ready to pull the trigger on it yet. I was choosen as the winner of a photo contest by SNS who graciously sent me a Tub of Focus XT (Pink Lemonade, one of my fav flavors) and a bottle of Agmatine (A great supplement, I take 1000mg daily). I've used Focus XT for about a week now and feel I can give a full and fair review of the product.

First thing I did was look up the ingredients, I'm a stickler here because I always like to know what I'm putting in my body. I'm not a fan of supplements that raise blood pressure or make my heart race like I'm running a triathlon. Only stimulant I found in Focus XT was caffeine. Each serving has 200mg of caffeine which is about 3.5 cans of Mountain Dew. (My official gauge of caffeine in a product) That is a bit more than I'd like but it's not a deal breaker.. RUMOR ALERT.. I've heard a rumor of a CAFFEINE FREE Focus XT coming on the horizon! (That would be AWESOME). With all the ingredients have been officially googled and looked at I proceeded to pour 1/2 serving into 8 ounces of water.

Mix-ability: It mixes wonderfully, To me it looks like crystal light pink lemonade. To the guys at work it looked like pepto bismo. Regardless no grittiness and mixed with just a couple shakes of the wrist in the blender bottle. I've done quarter scoops and half scoops for dosing through out the week and it's never had a hard time mixing.

Taste: Taste like a slightly chalky crystal light pink lemonade. One of the best tasting supplements on the market. If it didn't have so much caffeine and give me so much focus my head would explode I'd drink it all day long and just toss a bit in my water. The bottle says DO NOT EXCEED TWO SERVINGS A DAY. We will touch on that later, but I'd believe it!

Energy: It has caffeine and does put a bit of skip in my step. A nice look edge to the energy department. We aren't taking Focus XT for the energy though!

Focus: BOOM. Laser Like. Zero'd In! These are things that come to mind when talking about the focus from FXT(Focus XT). Only thing I've tried that's only gave me half the focus that FXT has given me is Craze. I've tried it at work and I've tried it as a PWO. I will say you only hear people really talking about Focus XT for studying and for work, but as a pre-workout it's awesome. Having pure focus at the gym you can knock those reps out look at your watch and realize I've been here for 2 hours and I just dominated the gym. Awesome is all I have to say to that!

Only minor knock is the first few times you take it, you have to get used to the feeling you get from it. The nootropics take you by surprise.

Would I recommend FXT to a friend? Yes. Will I be using FXT in the future? Yes. Especially if there is a caffeine free version! If you need focus or just want a solid PWO that helps you zone into the zone, Focus XT can help you achieve those goals.

10/10.

It's all that Black Liver I've been taking :-D

Good deal on the caffeine free focus XT. Sign me up for some!

yeah, you got to be careful mixing nootropics and Black Liver. The resulting effect could be a bit overwhelming. I like the detail you put into your review Bruce. I really like the nootropics in the Focus XT. I not only use it for my preworkout but I also use it for long study sessions for school. Helps alot for that.

Great review man

Wow I didn't knew that mountain dew had that less of caffeine .. Is it for all soda's or just dew ?

I love the caffine version .. Prolly bc I'm a junkie but yeah for people like you will benefit from the caff-free version

Mountain dew is one of the higher caffeinated sodas, besides special caffeine based ones like jolt. One can of mountain dew has 54g of caffeine according to google. Caffeine doesn't always bother me, but if I'm having an OCD/anxiety day/stress the caffeine hits me hard. Like I said though half a scoop of focus xt does wonders for me and is low in caffeine in that regards!

Oh, Bruce, you little scoundrel...

Good review. In fact, I'm just going to copy and paste and claim it as my own. Thanks, guy!

As for the caffeine; I think normal sodas typically have about 35mg per 12oz. And Jolt lol, I haven't had one of those in about 10 years.

nice review.

and yea, when i first took focus xt, the notropic hit like boom, and i was like, whoaa man! found myself thinking too hard about exercise programs for work. lol.
great for getting in the zone!
