I am losing my Weight and i am very happy.

Hello Friends
My name is Robin and i was suffering from heavy weight problems. I do many regular efforts to lose my weight, but i couldn't lose my weight. One of my friend suggest me to go for diet pills. Then i take consultation from my health adviser and i started taking pure ephedrine pills of a reputed brand. Now I have been using Pure ephedrine for 11 weeks and I have to say: it really works. I have not only lost 32 lbs. but I also haven't seen any sign of side effects. Pure ephedrine is a lifesaver, I have already recommended it to many of my friends.
 
Ummmm pure ephedrine for 11 weeks more than likely has NUKED your adrenal glands- if you know anything about that ten you know you screwed your body up to a huge degree. Stop taking the ephedra now. Expect to gain a couple pounds back but your body will thank you in the long run. What you are doing is extremely unhealthy. I wouldn't go past four weeks of continuous ephedra use. There is no magical solution. I'm taking the time to type this because I don't want anyone to hurt themselves
 
Interesting. So how long do you suppose you need to take that pill? If you stop taking it. What's going to happen next?
 
Stop taking it for about a month as you have been on it for almost three. Incorporate 30 to 45 minutes of exercise a day you will be good
 
Congrats on the weight loss so far. I'm going to agree with schwell on this one. Pure ephedrine it hard on your adrenal glands so maybe if you cycle on and off it say month on month off. Doing it this way will give your adrenal glands sufficient time to recover. Also how is your diet and training ??

I takes 2 to 3 pills everyday and take the proper diet without making any gap in my meals, and consumes enough water in a day. I ordered it online from a site.

He already told you what to do, you need to stop before you completely shut down your adrenals permanently. Ephedra is powerful stuff and should not be taken for more than 4, maybe 6 weeks straight.

Extreme adrenal fatigue from chronic abuse/over-use of heavy duty stimulants.
 
Are you still taking the ephedrine?
 
If there is anything I have learned from the internet is it is great for researching and understanding what we are taking and doing to our bodies. A pill may help but it can also be a crutch. Weight loss should be FOR health, not at the cost of it.
 
It is quite humorous to watch the kettle calling the pot black - Schwellington advising people of the dangers of substance abuse and them ignoring him - it's a classic irony at its best.

lol call it like you see it sir.... schwells is knowledgable and experienced.... but I dont know anything about ephedrine..... I have a hard enough time gaining weight..... but glad your still keeping us in check davy.... ;)

Him preaching an ignorant about the ills of substance abuse, to only be ignored is as laughable as they come. I'm not keeping anyone in check. I'm simply enjoying the entertainment. You guys do what you want :)

i was joking. its completely untrue.

there's no such thing as 'adrenal shutdown' brought on by ephedrine use. extreme adrenal fatigue is made up as well. in fact, life extension recently published an article suggesting people drink up to 12 to 14 cups of coffee per day because of its anti-cancer effects.

after a couple months of use, the stimulant effect tapers off due to a tolerance being built up, while the thermogenic effect remains. in fact, the thermogenic effect of ECA increases over time. lyle mcdonald did a huge writeup concerning this.
