NEW, First Post, Weak Stomach Muscle Building Supplement?

Hello everyone, I have been doing a lot of reading but find very little information about people with weak stomachs and what they use. I have had a few bad experiences in the past with stuff and things like ephedrine and supplements like that give me the shakes and upset stomach. Is there anything out there that will be easy on the stomach and not cause the shakes or anything like that.

Number one, ephedrine is not for building muscle. Secondly, we need more information. What is your stomach sensitive to? Typical sensitivities might be gluten or dairy. If that's the case, you might give a non-dairy based protein source a try, such as pea protein, and see if that helps. Stick with mostly whole food sources for your protein as well (meats).
 
Sorry for the lack of info, I didnt mean for it to sound like ephedrine was muscle building, I just meant I have taken it in the past and that's what it did to me. I am already taking protein and eating the right amount of protein and stuff each day. I guess I was looking for more of something like a test booster or anything that will give me an edge in building muscle.

For example I was reading about bioforge and it being all natural something like that.
 
Some people have allergies or just intolerance to certain compounds. Glutens and or dairy are two prime examples that come immediately to mind. Other people find some or even all varieties of creatine to be very upsetting to their stomachs. Personally, I tend to find downing 2 scoops of protein mixed with water immediately after a work out to be unsettling to my stomach, but I do it anyways. I think he means the stim supps upset his stomach and maybe make him throw up when taken pre-workout, or give him the jitters. So he was looking for something non-stim non-pre workout to supplement with.....that raises test. I think lol........

in that case, take hemavol with DAA or Pre Max with DAA or something like that

that sounds like a plan....we'll have this guy on the right track in no time now! :) (unless DAA upsets his stomach, like it does with some, in which case we are back to square one)
 
yea sorry I didnt clarify, I dont have problems with food its just like warbird was saying it the supplements and stuff. is DAA natural, what in it makes people sick?

DAA is a natural test booster.....but it puts some people on the toilet i heard. Might as well try it out and see what happens....its dirt cheap with one month supply at around 20 bucks give or take.
 
DAA + Erase is a very solid stack. if you are worried about DAA, you can take just Erase and something like Anabeta

Yeah, Anabeta was very easy on my stomach. It sounds like you may have a very low stim tolerance, that is not a bad thing, just kind of the way it is.
 
or Sustain Alpha TD....although its more of a libido enhancer and not a muscle builder. its meant to be stacked with something else IMO
 
Yea clear up your digestive issues first. Those things DONT go away. I'm still tackling mine... Gut Health by geomnyx is pretty good. And I just heard on SuperHumanRadio a discussion today about healing the gut with high dose probiotics, glutamine, and gluthothione.

Also, there has been studies on melatonin reversing GERD (heard on the show today) If I find them I will post them here for you to see. I don't know if you have GERD, or any other digestional illness, so if possible I would see a doctor if you are seriously concerned with this.

Well if you want to build muscle then yes that is a very good stack to run. DAA is bad for my stomach, as anything over 3gs at once will cause me to visit the bathroom for about an hour. If stomach issues are truly worrisome for you why not give AgeForce a try like what Taman6886 suggested earlier. They use patches which allow the ingredients to bypass digestion and the stomach completely. So any digestion issues are resolved and the effective dose can usually be 20x smaller because of this process. The testopatch might suit you. It already has DAA in it, as well as other anti estrogenic compounds, test boosting and adaptogenic herbs.Taman is running a log as well.
 
Wouldn't running all three really be chancing the stomach issues. Let me do some clarifying.

As far as my stomach issues, I am just in the process of working on my diet get my cal, pro, and fat in order, I am 5 foot 9 and weigh 200 pounds so i am overweight too. My body is used to hamburgers, fries, wings, and pop things like that so the new eating good food thing is obviously giving me stomach issues just because of the change. The protein drink I have a hard time downing the whole thing so I am hoping all this is something that will pass soon. I have multi I want to add and fish oil. So thats where I am at now. I want to start something the first of the year to help with putting muscle on and im guessing that I could probably lose weight while gaining if I watch my calories and such.

thats why you should only use supplements that you inject, dont have to worry about the stomach. Just joking man. Stims get my stomach in a bad way in the morning
 
I gave the Testo/100 patches a run as well and saw pretty good results in strength and was able to cut from 13% down to 11% bodyfat while getting stronger. Taking in DAA transdermally really helped my stomach. DAAgave powder gave me GI issues so on the days I took it, I swear everything just passed right through me.
I also had stacked the patches with Creatine/BA patches and the HGH PowerPatch, which I believe is what helped me lean out more.

Also I found that some proteins were easier on my stomach than others, and also I stopped drinking energy drinks too.
You may also find that taking fat burners and aminos in pill form will help decrease fluid volume intake during supplementation which could help too. Beast offers aminos and fat burners both, in pill form.

I gotta say cleaning up your diet to a X12 caloric multiplier (give or take) and a 30F/30C/40P macro breakdown along with exercise and weights will work ten times the wonders any supp will. the isocaloric also worked well for me, that is 33% of each - fat protein and carbs. Being that your just now getting into a healthy diet, that alone will effect some amazing changes. IF you stick to it (which most don't!).....

yeah, supposedly multiply by your "lean bodyweight" but that always goes too low for me to be honest. Everybody is different, you may need to go lower than that or a few clicks higher in order to lose weight efficiently. Everybody's metabolism is different as is their activity level. usually around 10-12 is dieting 14-15 to maintain and up around 18 or more to bulk. Just figures to start with like I said, but sort of a rule of thumb. Some people will maintain at X12 and need to cut 500 more cal's.
