Emeka Okammor reversitol v2 Gettin it in!!!

Did you enjoy the workout SC? Man was it rough on me and my partner. Been trying to get out stamina up to be able to roll into prep without taking any time to try an get acclimated to prep style tempo.

As for sets, i'm not a set counter either. I prefer to do how ever many set or rep it will take to get "that feeling" It's not overly pumped or fatigued but it's just between the two. I guess you can call it a feeling of simulation. After achieving that feeling you know all you have to do next is supplement correctly, eat, sleep and that muscle will grow.

With legs it takes a bit more effort to achieve this feeling thats why my leg days must at some point have extremely high volume. During the heart of my off season i would do heavy compound movements (you can watch @ Invalid Link Removed) to really break down the muscle fibers. Then i would do high volume (15-100 rep sets) to push the blood, nutrients, and supplements into the muscle.

Chest doesn't require all that for some people but for me it still requires intensity. Thats why as me and my partner both failed on our 3rd set of incline @ 12 reps we made up whatever reps were missed with no count negatives. For instance, i failed on my 10th rep on the 3rd set. With help i racked it. Coulda walked off and said i don't have anything left. but instead i took a 5 second rest unracked it and did 2 negative reps holding it as long as possible. Felt like that grab more muscle fibers than the actual presses! lol

Sorry for the rant...

It's your log and you can rant if you want to, lol. The workout was a success like always! Only thing I changed was I didn't super set with back.

Took me two attempts to get it. On the 14th rep of my first attempt one of my straps ripped. Thank God it didn't cause any injuries.

Could not leave it like that. I felt defeated but i knew I had a date with destiny. So i rested about 5 min as my partner went in on 10 reps. Procrastinated as i got my self ready (as you'll see in the second vid) and went back in for a second attempt

1st attempt:

2nd attempt:

Feeling a little sick so i'ma boost my immune with some Vit C, Echinacea, and Golden Seal. And more rest.

hahah! Ripped the straps! Wicked!

Anyway, nice at going back and trying for another! That takes some dedication! Good job man!

My straps ripped last year doing partial deadlifts.. i went flying.. I tore an umbillical hernia from it, even though I had a belt on from awkward shift in weight. I now have to get surgery on that, when it opens large enough for intestines to protrude through.

Thanks big fella's!! Sorry to hear about that with your straps mike.

Pretty crappy, but so far, the hernia is not visible, so it shouldn't affect my scoring at the arnold amateur. I would hate for it to pop out 3 weeks out and have to get immediate surgery.. so i am avoiding deadlifts, and rope pulldowns for abs.. the two exercises that bother it. I wear an extremely tight stomach wrap when I train to take pressure off the area as well. Plan to get surgery after the show, after I finish a 8 week pct.

I got the same hernia man. Mines a bit smaller though. My doctor also told me that insurance doesn't cover it. Which sux.... He quoted me something like 10k.

wtf kind of insurance doesn't cover a hernia operation? With any hernia, whether that be inguinal, umbillical, etc. there is risk for strangulation, where an area becomes stuck, blood supply can not come to that section of the intestines, so that area dies.. and has to be surgery removed leaving you with a significantly decreased amount of small bowel; if not caught in time, it can be deadly, as it is a medical emergency. I think you have something else bro.

My final review of Iforce Reversitol v2 is that this product did what was advertised. Experienced some good pumps but most importantly listen up, this stuff definitely Boosted libido and supplied joint support. Really want to thank Iforce for this opportunity to test this product and i give it a final grade of an A-.

Congrats to Iforce for a product that delivers and should not only be a staple in your PCT but should also be included in every date night :). lol

Donno, the specialist diagnosed me. But said it would cost a fortune to have the operation. Could've been with insurance it was 10k. But, he said it not life threatening. THat he DID say.
