making my own pwo what do you think

ok i have tried tons of pwo and am never satisfied so i am going to try and mix my own let me know what you think. figured i would just add some mio to flavor it

agmatine 1.5g
citrulline malate 2g pre, 1g post
beta alanine 2g pre and post
glutamine 750mg pre and post
kre alkalyn 1.5g
glycerol monostearate 3g
l-tyrosine 2g
plcar 1.5g 2x/day
alcar 1g 2x/day
taurine 2g pre and post
phenylethyamine pea 500mg
caffiene 400mg
egcg 1 lean green pill pre

i threw some stuff in there for health reasons, some for pump, some for fucus, . i am going to use caffiene and egcg for my energy, if thats not enough i may throw in some ephedrine or 1,3 dia . i read so many good things about alcar and plcar and i like both so i figured it cant hurt to take both. i also am taking formula x, erase, division 1 stack. i sip on xtend itra. i also supplement now adam multi, super b complex, lots of omegas, zma, coqh.

well thats what im thinking. should i be adding something that i forgot? thanks guys.
 
glutamine is pointless pre-workout, debatable post workout, and not necessary especially at that dose.
remove the kre-alkalyn, it doesn't work. swap for creapure or a trusted crea mono (if you say you bloat, you don't understand how creatine works)
i wouldn't use the cit mal post workout, no need, just use the 3g pre-workout.

Couldn't have said it better. I really only take glutamine during the winter months for immune health more than anything but I take 10-20g a day. Haven't been sick in years.

I'm not sure why you're not using LCLT, especially with that PES/Athletix stack you're taking. Would fit in great.

This is what I currently take if you wanted to compare or draw from it,

1 scoop VPX Power Shock
2.25g GPLC
4G Beta-Alanine (3g pre, 1g post)
2g LCLT (1g pre, 1g post)
2.5g Citrulline Malate
2g Creatinol-O-Phosphate
2g ALCAR (If I'm dragging in the morning I'll take 1g then with 1g Cit. Mal.(this would be an additional gram of CM) otherwise 2g Pre/WO)

The pump lasts a LONG time. My Bi's feel full this morning and I did a Push workout yesterday. Reps literally came from nowhere, mind-muscle connection was firing on all cylinders. The burn didn't come nearly as fast compared to last week. The Power Shock and GPLC are the 2 new components and they make all the difference. Forgot to order taurine otherwise that would be in there too.

Edit: A warning to those who are lactose intolerant, a 2.25g dose of GPLC will be enough to mess you up. Only after I smoked some pot (to help with the intense feeling of hurling my guts out) did I remember this. Took a lactase enzyme and about 10 long minutes later, all was good. Still hit PR's.

Citrulline malate - not worth using at that dose. Do 5-6g, or dont use it at all.
Glutamine - remove.
Glycerol Monostearate - Remove.
Kre-alkalyn - it DOES work, but once it is done, switch to mono.
PLCAR - keep it at 2g a day to extend the bottle's life.
PEA - remove.
Caffeine - 400mg is too high IMO, with the green tea it's probably 450mg

I'd add more citrulline and possibly also LCLT and remove the aforementioned ingredients.

effects of kre-alkalyn don't remain in the blood for very long after dosing, it's worse with cee.
i haven't seen many positive notes on kre-alkalyn other than after it was initially released.
why remove the PEA?

As far as my research shows, Kre-alkalyn is mildly inferior to monohydrate. No reason to just throw it out, it will still work. But yes, I agree, it is a waste of money and I would never buy it.

PEA at 500mg will have negligible effects. Without a MAOi, you will feel a weak high for like 10 minutes and then it will be gone. Is it detrimental? No. But again, once the PEA is gone, I wouldn't buy it again if it will be dosed at that dose without a MAOi.

i do look soft on cre mono. what do you guys recommend? i like the looks of AX german creatine but dont want to waste my money if i look soft and lose definition like other cre mono.

You know what bro, my bad on that. Forgot it had it in there. PLCAR is underrated. 2g Pre and there's a huge difference for me. I alternate between PLCAR and GPLC. If you don't want the extra water that comes with creatine, than don't use it.

Take a look at Power Shock when you need more Xtend, just something else to try when you get bored.

Look into Magnesium Creatine Chelate, seems to alleviate osmotic issues, SNS makes a quality capped version. No extra lclt necessary, sorry I missed formula X. I'm still not a fan of GMS but if you wanna do glycergrow go for it. E-pgarm amp is more than caffeine i believe.

I LOVE Magnesium Creatine Chelate! I never really noticed much from creatine but this stuff blows me up.. In a good way!

i wouldn't add anymore lclt esp. if you have alcar and plcar in the mix.
as far as buying other supps, i'd keep the taurine, caff, gms.
and as far as creatine goes, you are going to get some fullness, it just depends on where you bodyfat stands at this point. your body is soaking up more water with a steady dose of creatine. the AX german creatine is great, i'm currently using it, but bloat can play a factor.
