^^ heres a link of me hitting 405 on bench, yes my ass was up, and yes my friend
ruined the video in the begining by doing his favorite hand motion :p

Feel free too watch my other bench ones, and follow the dates that they were posted
and see how i progressed.

are you powerlifting/training or bodybuilding? i never bounce off my chest. i know many do, but bouncing gives you help. if your powerlifting then sure why not.
 
Sweet lift. You may want to control the bar on its descent more to avoid it hitting your chest like that and causing it to bounce. If you keep doing that you can sprain or even fracture your sternum. Otherwise, keep it up.

I've competed in 1 powerlifting comp. and yeah Ive been trained proper form. I
Did 385 with proper form. But 405 I had to do a lil xtra to get it up :p
 
Bodybuilding comp in May. It's the "mr Pittsburgh" usually have 6 of
The pros there. Went last year talked to Kai for a good 3 mins one on one, jay,Phil,branch,freeman,Dennis,dexter. muscular Developement features it on there page in the contest section. Pretty excited for that. I'll be 19 competing in
The teen/men's novice probably the 176lb class. But well see where I
End up once I'm 12 weeks out.

Nahhh my buddies, my dead is at 465 and squat at 385, my legs are nice, my knees are pretty weak joint wise so I'm workin on the 405 squat it'll come
