6 week h drol cycle log (1st cycle)

bro ur squat weight has gone up like 100 pounds in the past few months, wtf!

If he's is relatively new to squatting, first cycle of Hdrol... it'll happen lol.

I went from 225x1 to 395x2.... Hdrol is magic for lifts. 50/50/75/75/100/100 I was a beast in the gym... Too bad I cut in PCT and lost almost everything...

Damn that is ridiculous strength gains wtf lol. I shall deff learn from this and eat heavy in pct lol that would suck losing all that strength

Yup it was CRAZY. Most of my friends say Hdrol is the best for overall. I think because we can run it longer it is better. Most of my friends sitll have most of their strength gains.. I though.. have lost it after too much cutting... lol. Keep the food up! And don't cut unless you have GOOD reason!

I have basically been bulking my whole life and dont see myself cutting anytime soon. My body fat isnt ripped 6 pack level but it isnt high either I want to keep gaining prob until at least 230 before I cut...cutting doesnt sound very fun tho lol

Back to Hdrol. I think you'll do really well in PCT as long as you keep eating the same or a bit MORE, just keep it clean. Whole real foods, nothing processed. :D Eating is hormonal

Thanks man my squatting has been on the rise for the past few months it is all about consistency for me I have never been able to keep hitting legs hard each week because I used to hate working out legs (as a lot of people do lol) but now I really do enjoy squatting!

Damn I know a few people who have to eat under 2000 cals to lose weight that sounds very difficult to manage. Eating is always my limiting factor it is hard for me to eat enough to keep gaining but I guess that is better than the alternative of having to starve myself to lose weight.

Haha gotta love fast food.. sometimes though after I eat it on occasion I just feel ****ty and say I wont eat it again.. but you always go back on occasion
 
Day 31 (75 mg)

I stopped this workout short because I was having pretty bad pains in my biceps and forearms every time I would bring the weight down. I attribute this to doing too much arm work and will deff be reducing that. My philosophy was that I could do arms when i wanted as long as it did not impact on the progress of my major compound lifts.. but as of right now it looks like it is affecting my lifts so I am going to cut back on my bicep workouts and put only a few sets after my chest workout on chest day from now on.

Day 32 (75 mg, weight: 212) - Rest day

So far I am up 9 lbs since I started my cycle but I had been bulking for a few weeks before my cycle and I was only around 200 then. On October 5th I got a bodyfat test with calipers at my gym where I also was weighed on a very sensitive scale. The calipers said 9% bodyfat and my weight at that time was 198 lbs.
I am going to get another body fat test from the same trainer to make sure the measurements are done the same way and also use their scale for an accurate weight that will be done at the same time of day as the October 5th weigh in. Based on their scale if my scale is about the same accuracy I have gained 14 lbs since October 5th. That would mean 14 lbs in 6.5 weeks which is great. I have 1.5 weeks of my cycle so I will see where I am then and will make a final review of the past 8 weeks, the first two weeks not being on h-drol.

Day 33 is also a rest day so I will update with my workout on monday on Day 34.

I am just about to end week 5, week 6 (the last week) starts on wednesday. So far I have gained >10 lbs I am going to have an official weigh in at the end of my cycle and give a final summation then. As far as sides mostly lethargy, I took dhea for a week but then stopped it and just dealt with the lethargy with caffeine. Back pumps havent rele been a problem as my protein has a lot of l-taurine in it. Besides the lethargy maybe some sleep issues but my sleep has never really been that great. Overall though this has been a pretty side-free cycle :thumbsup:

As far as the halotest being more expensive ive read that it has some sort of delivery complex that helps absorption? I am not sure but that is what I have read in forums. I believe halotest is basically the same as p-mag but also might be hard to find p-mag since CEL is no longer producing the product. As far as the gains I started noticing good gains during week 3 so I do not think you have to wait till week 5 with h drol. The main difference I have heard between h-drol vs p-mag is p-mag is slightly wetter and better for size where h-drol seems to be better for strength and is a little more dry. Both should do great as a first time PH (this cycle is my first cycle as well). I will probably run p-mag in the future if I can find it being sold somewhere. And as far as the sides I do not believe there is any difference I really didn't notice any significant sides and from other logs I've read most people are perfectly fine with halodrol clones.

I started 75 week 2 and I only hit one muscle a week. I have never tried twice a week my recovery isnt as good as some people. My split has looked something like:
M: back and calves
T: shoulders and triceps
W: rest
TH: Upper legs and calves
F: Chest and biceps
SAT: Rest
SUN: Rest

Usually each workout is about 1.5 hrs sometimes make biceps and abs on wednesday instead of after chest on friday.

Very good pump during this workout. I have felt extremely vascular this week. I have veins in my arms popping out that I did not know were even there. Final weigh in will be in two days and I will get my body fat done some time later this week.

Hdrol did a lot for me. Right now MrSupps has a sale I think. Hella-drol is Hdrol. The bottle is enough for a 6 weekers like this I think ;)

It has been a great first cycle for me so far besides some minor sides which I will address in a final write up in a few days. It is a pretty anabolic compound with low androgenic sides so I would deff suggest giving it a try.

How I miss Hdrol... haha.

The most I had gotten previously was 255 a few months back. I hit 285 two weeks ago on bench as my last set so that is a definite increase of 30 lbs. I might have been able to get 295 if I was more fresh so I increased my max a good 30 - 40 lbs very happy with that lol

Wow, that is pretty damn good. But your previous set of 4 was probably already too taxing lol. Next week 305 at the top set ! Break into the 300s! (Although I don't know how smart that is seeing you are going to be in PCT the week following lol)

haha yeah I really dont know what to expect as far as strength decreases the first week or two of pct seeing as this is the first time I am going to be doing a PCT lol. I guess I will play this one by ear if I am feeling strong going into my workout in the next few weeks might try to break the 300 mark that would be cool

Thanks! And better late than never haha. The h-drol I used was made by CEL. I bought some from an online vendor before they sold out since the product has been discontinued. There might be some online shops that still have the CEL version if you use google marketplace but I think a lot of them are very low in stock or sold out.

Mine was also CEL. But I think MrSupps one should suffice. I feel they make quality products (I have not taken anything from them though so I dont know. But I am pretty sure they had a return policy if it didnt work. I remember a few people complaining about BeastDrol a while back)

cel hdrol and helladrol from mr supps are pretty much the same compound. too bad cel stopped making it heard lots of good things about it.
