Ingredients: Avena Sativa Avenacoside Complex, Urtica Dioica Lignan Extract, Fadogia Agrestis Saponin Complex, 6-bromo-3,17-dioxoetioalcholane.

Just so everyone knows, it's the older formula...not the one currently found around the internet (or at least what I saw when I searched tonight).

Just to be clear, I just checked. Expiration is 07/2011. Although I can't imagine this is an issue for everyone, I'd say they're good for at least another year. They've been stored in a dry, dark place and are still all sealed.
