DAA

Please explain to me where my science is "off."

And just because DAA "worked" with agmatine, doesn't mean it wouldn't work better without.

The effect may be subtle, but I guarantee it is there.

Things like sarcosine are added to potentiate the effects of DAA, but it is unlikely they will be subjectively noticed 100% of the time.

Using agmatine with DAA is just silly.

I can't explain why your science is off as this is not my field of expertise. I forewarded your comments to an actual bio/chem wizard and he said you're wrong, and laughed at the irrelevance of citing "glutamate as an extracellular ligand." All i can post is the anecdotal. And if someone with more science credentials wants to come in and debate with you they will. Although i doubt it, as you've been called a "completely off-base troll" by some of my peers.

You seem knowledgeable just curious where you recieved your education and what your degree is in?

R & L type calcium channels have very little to do with NMDA receptors. Yes, they are all ionotropic receptors involving calcium, but they are in totally different parts of the body, and have very different functions.

In a very broad stroke, L-type calcium channels are myotropic receptors, and many drugs exist which are oriented at blocking this receptor for enhancing contractility.

R-type calcium channels are a low density channel protein involved in signal transduction/NT release in neurons. Their function is not as well elucidated.

To somehow connect these three ionotropic receptors together, as the article did, is simply obtuse.

To go even further and state that somehow blocking NMDA with agmatine will enhance NMDA signaling with DAA is mindblowing.

and to the guy that didnt get his question answered its best to stay on daa a good month in my opinion. Testosterone levels go back down after maybe about a week, I think after 3-4 days test and lh decreased if I remember right

I like staying on daa.l carnitine tartate all the time. Ill take a week or so off daa when I do a deload.
 
Studies show increased aromatizing activity due to the increase in test. That's based off memory let me know if I'm wrong. So would that be an issue? This post is about daa

Sorta. Its not required but suggested to run an AI along with DAA due to some users reporting nipple sensitivity and tenderness. I personally have not seen any reports of gyno.

I do know Rhadam has used DAA with no issues at all if I recall correctly.
 
I know a lot of peeps have gyno paranoia but I was meaning is this extra estrogen going to negatively impact training or strength, or even offset the testosterone estrogen ratio or is it all good to let ur body maintain the balance.

No, the impact is minimal. Obviously I suggest using an AI. Erase at 1 cap a day would suffice as a precaution.

To answer your question though, the increase in Test will slightly raise Estrogen but the increase in Test will be much greater then the slight increase in Estrogen. Using an AI will produce better results, yes. But DAA alone produces significant results.

:D Placed an order. Might place another one tomorrow, really just waiting on Joey's Auction to go up before I spend anymore money. But after what you did for him with the website, I had to order from you to show my admiration and appreciation for going above and beyond. I ordered some ALA, some extra shirts and blender bottles.
