Things have been going really well. My strength continues to increase on everything and every set. I could not be happier. I am startiing to look a little leaner and a little muscular at the same time so even though my bodyweight is not changing much, my physique is. The vascularity and pumps are still good, love the veins in my forearms. I missed that. Also, my appetite is still normal, so I guess I am not feeling so much of the appetite supression at 9 caps of ursobolic. I got a pretty decent compliment today. This guy I know was arguing with his wife today that it wasnt me that he was seeing and his wife was saying know its him. he told her that I was to big and it was not me and she was mistaken. Well its funny, it was me. He said that he could not beleive how big I got from the last time he saw me, which was when I was two months post surgery (first surgery I had) and I had not been working out for 8 weeks at that time. So still, it made me feel good that I am starting to make my way back to where I was. I still have a long way to go but I will get there. Once I get a decent physquie back, I will post some before pix (two months post first surgery) and current pix when I feel I am back in decent shape.

Also, I am still training BJJ. I have not gone the past three days becuase of work, but I will be going back tomorrow and will hit it hard this week. I am goiong to hit a boxing class or two as well..

Thanks bro. Finally getting back to some decent weights. When I did chest last night I did a heavy or I should say, a heavier set then I have been doing, for a few reps, and it felt good. I pretty much gauge everything by how much tension it puts on my stomach. If I tear this Hernia Mesh, I am going to be Screwed for a while, so taking it day by day. That being said though, I am very happy with the way thibgs are going. I just got back from the gym and did a decent tricep workout. Its the heaviest I have gone thus far, post 2nd surgery, and it felt real good. So I finally think I am making my way back. and, YES, I will KTS..SJ

I have been training BJJ, and it def requires more endurance then I have been used to. It made me realize that my cardio/endurnace suked. LOL..

I feel ya' bro. I tore my bicep off the bone 2 years ago on Memorial day weekend, It was Christmas before they would let me lift more than 25 pounds with that arm. Now I have a perplexing shoulder injury that presents itself in odd ways I can push but not pull. Anyway it sux to not be able to push what you are used to. You have my support. Just listen to what the doc says you don't want to make it even longer before you can smash the heavy weight:thumbsup:
 
Oh man thats the stuff! Getting those compliments! I miss getting those "Man you got HUGE" compliments... well tbh everyone here just says Matt is a monster. And then leaves it at that... lol. I guess... I need to get bigger or leaner before ppl start saying stuff.

Can't wait for those pics! (no homo). And maybe the ursobolic acid IS suppressing your appetite because you're training volume/workload is higher while your demand may be higher, you're appetite is being suppressed? Plus being on AB, And phytoserms I'd think you'd get some increase in appetite from those. I tend to get some appetite upregulation from test boosters or anabolics... Prime did it the most for me though.

I had a pretty good tricep workout yesterday, again I either did more reps per set or the weight went up on the set, and that was for the entire workout. Started going a little heavy on the first two exercises which actualy fely pretty decent. Pumps and vascualrity were just ok yesterday, nothing to right home about. Agression was good though so I cant complain about that. My appetite is still doing very well, ursobolic is not tampering with it. For example, when I got done training yesterday, I immediately stopped at Subway and got myself a foot long sweet chicken terriaki on a wheat roll, and chowed that down. I thought about housing some salt and vinager chips as well but I did not.

BJJ training last night was intense. I sweated twice as much as normal and seemed to have a little more energy. Spent half the class on takedowns and the other half of the class on submissions. Did some light conditioning in there as well..

Today

On a good note, I felt like I had more energy to continue working out, but my injury (hernia repair) said enough so I had to listen to that. I tried to do close grip cable pulldowns, but it was just too much stress on the stomach at this point so I will put those off for at least another month. I felt strong on the first and third exercises, the rows, were just so so as I really could not go that heavy without putting to much tension on the stomach area. Again, I will have to wait at least another month or so before going any heavier. I only hit the biceps at the end becuase of the added energy I had. I did not want to waste it. Anyway, I have BJJ later tonight and when I get home, I will update this a bit.

As far as the supps, things seem to continue to go well. The phytoserms sef makes my aggression and libido rise, thats for sure, I think even a little more then the HcGenerate for some reason. It is def a powerful product. The Anebeta continues to increase my hunger and as far as the Urso, I am not sure yet. Well see.

Wow, what an hour of BJJ last night. I dont think I ever sweated this much in my life. I could not even see I had so much sweat oin my face. I am pretty sure teh Anebeta has something to do with that as I have heard of members sweating more then normal while using this. Could it also be teh urso, yah I guess. The conditioning we did was insane as well, so no need to hit the treadmill last night.

Here is just an idea of how sweaty I was. My underwear bleed all over my Gi-pants, and I went from have white pants to a black a*s

Overall, again, I am happy with how things are going. This is def a solid stack for a natty. I am still thinking about weather or not I am going to drop the phyto or not at the end of four weeks as I have heard mixed reviews on how long to run it. So far, so good thougj, I really like the Phyto. I have enough to finish out the remaining 5 weeks of this cycle at one cap a day. I was thinking of dropping it and adding the HcGenerate, but not sure. I also thought about adding XFactor to the game, as well as Iforce Ecdy or LegalGear Substerone. I am also interested in USPlabs Compound 20 as well. My goal has been to run natty until Feb or so when I start Epi-Strong..

Haha, yah man. Thanks..seriously though, I just love all the new and exciting natty compounds that are coming out as well as the new "legal" designers out or on the horizon. I have to say though, I am enjoying the natty training and stack right now. Its nice to know that the gains I am making right now for the most part arent going anywhere. As far as the training, things are going pretty good. I am not training at all heavy and still mainlt doing medium weight for reps. I have been upping the weight a little more in chest and arms as it does not put that much tension on the hernia repair area. Back and shoulders is another story. I have to take it extremely easy on these and gauge the weight as I go.l As soon as I feel uncofrtable, or any more tension that I like, I have to back off. For example, I ususlaly do 250 to 300 pounds on seated close grip ros, and yesterday I could not break 90 pounds without feeling to much tension. But on the other hand, for flat dumbell press, I normally hit 100s and the other day I did a set of 70s, which really isnt that far off. As far as legs, no way!! UI cant do that and that is how I tore it in teh first place so I am staying away from them for at least another 6 months. My legs are shrivling away, but I dont have a choice right now. Once the time has passed, I will rock them hard and eventually add them in twice a week to make up for some lost time, LOL..

Its crazy how hungry I am all the time esp while taking ursobolic, which sopme people said decreased their appetite. I am constantly hungry and eating all the time. Th Ursobolic has me sweating like crazy and the Phytoserms has my aggresion and libido in check and up.

Yah, I am enjoying the effects. I am going to be adding N2Burn in the picture in another week or so, so we will see what kind of effects that has on my hunger. I have a feeling it will overpower the appetite stimulation effects of Anebeta, but we will see..

Also, I wanted to add that the reason I did so many sets for ex#1 on my shoulder workout was becuase I wanted to gauge the amont of weight vs the tension it put on my hernia repair. Like I said, I am being really careful here but so far pretty happy with things. I am on course to hit my bulk in Feb and planning on upping the weight to more respective weights that I am used to..SJ
 
I've heard the appetite suppression in N2burn is awesome. I've got a bottle to run in a couple months ;)
 
Hey guys. I just got back from the gym, did a bicep workout. Getting ready to head out for BJJ. I will either update later tonight, but more likely tomorrow during the day. All I want to say right now is that for the first time ever, I used N2Amp, and all I can say is WOW, this stuff rocks. Absolutely awesome and one of the best of not the best preworkouts I have ever used. It might even be better then N2KTS for me. It was only the first day but energy, pumps, and vascualrity were insane. My forearms were so pumped I dont ever think I saw that as big as they were today, inclduing when I am taking a prohormone or a designer..

Ok, to start off, I apologize for the late update. This past week has been pretty crazy and I have been doing alot of weight-training and BJJ.

I have continued to use all of the supplements at the same doses everyday. The only change thus far has been the N2AMP that I added. I take one serving before weightraining, and on non-weight-training days, I take one serving before BJJ. I pretty much dont have a day off from one of them, so pretty much doing something everyday.

Here are my thoughts on the supps thus far.

The phytoserms has def bumped up my aggression and libido. They were the highest at week 3, but now have tapered off a bit. Still good, just not as high as last week. I am finishing this Thursday and will be starting Transaderm or HcGenerate or DAA. Little confused but def leaning toward the Transaderm at 5 pumps a day.

Anebeta has been awesome. It had def increased my appetite. I am eating alot more then normal, and within a half an hour to anhour later, I am hungry all over again. It drives my girl crazy. Seems like she is always making me something.

Ursobolic, I really dont know what to make of this yet. The only thing I have really noticed is increased sweating when I Invalid Link Removed and sleep so I am not sure. Initially it messed with my appetite a bit but the Anebeta crushed it almost immeditely.

. Its ok, but when I finish it I am switching back to my trusted Ancient Strength or I might use the Powerchews Invalid Link Removed.

I was very happy with the Chest workout. I am starting to make my way back to what I consider for me to be respectable weight. I trained Flat Bench Dumbells yesterday with 70 pound dumbells for most of the sets. That might not seem like a lot but when I started back I was training with 25 pound dumbells, so this is huge for me. Last year at this time I was training with 110 and 120s, etc, so you can understand where I am coming from. I will get back to the 120s, but I have to take my time and do it right. But I was happy with this and next week it will be 80s.

The rest of the workout was good to. I toned it down for the last two excercises and did light weight for reps to get that burn and give my core a rest.

Anyway, thats it for now. I have BJJ this afternoon and will be hitting triceps later tonight..


BTW, I did NOT forget about all my contestants, I hope to have this wrapped up soon..

Ok, so I finished the Phytoserms 347 and was confused between picking Transaderm or HcGenerate. I Decided to go with HcGenerate becuase I will be using TRansaderm right afte rthe new year. I continue to have good results. The Anebeta is continually making me hungry, and with the Urso, I am sweating more, thats for sure. I looked at myself in the mirror today after training, and I def noticed I am looking a little leaner and more muscular, so I am happy. The N2Amp rocks, thats for sure, Pumps, Vascualrity, Energy and Focus, cant say it enough. Training has been going pretty good, strength and reps are going up in everything. Lifted more weight for my shoulders this week. Back is still on the weak side becuase I def feel the most tension on the stomach area when I train this. Only at about 50 percent copacity, hence, this is teh reason why there are sooooo many sets in my workout because I am doing several sets and reps to get the burn I normally get from heavy weight. Once the weight moves up I will be doing less sets and reps. Thats it for now. I am off of all training this weekend and will resume on Monday with BJJ..

Todays workout went pretty good. I did a few sets of 225 on the flat bench so I was happy about that. I def felt like I could have gone heavier, but the core was not ready. The incline presses were a liitle ligter then I would have liked, but t his is the first time I have doen this machine since my second surgery. Peck deck went better then I thought as I thought I would have the most problems with his cuase of teh direct pressure on teh core, but it was almost the opposite. BJJ went really well too, I was still feeling the energy from the N2Amp. On a side note, I think I am fighting some type pf cold. My throat has been bothering me the past few days and I have a slight cough. Plus last night I was exhausted by 6 pm, could have gone right to sleep. Also, I notice my bodyweight is not really changing all that much, but I def notice a difference in the mirror..

As far as the supps go, I am really liking the Anebeta, it continues to keep my hunger spiked, and the HcGenerate is working fantastic like ususal, libido is way up. The ursobolic I think is what is making me sweat more when I train and I am starting to notice some good changes in my phyique, I look leaner but yet, the scale stays the same..Take care..SJ

Ok, so a few things to go over here. For starters, I stopped taking my test boosters. I am taking a break from them. I feel 6 weeks was good enough, and I had great results with both the DAA powder in the beginning and then the HcGenerate. The Phytoserms that I took for the first four week rocked as well. I want to make sure everything is back in the normal range for me before starting my next prohormone cycle, which is coming up soon. It will def consist of Epi-Strong and one other prohormone/Designer.

Second, On my days off from weight training, I am still training BJJ. Initially I was adding those days into this, however, I figured it was to much. So yah, I train BJJ 4 to 5 days a week, so not all the BJJ days are added with teh weight days.

As far as my training, I am starting to add teh amount of weight and the sets I am doing. Now I know that the weights are not heavy, that is the reason for the multiple sets. I dont normally do this many, but I need to get the burn in. Remember, I am working my way back from some serious surgeries, so I have to be careful. I started add the weights and sets to this log, because I finally feel I am lifting weights that are somewhat less embarasing then I was doing the past weeks. For example, on Dumbell Chest Press, I was finally hitting 70 and 80 pound dumbells. Last year before my surgery, I was warming up with 80's and then hitting 120s and 130s etc. I used to bench 405, drug free as well (with the help of legal designers such as Invalid Link Removed and Epi). So this has been a tuff journey for me and I will continue to make my way back to where I was. The weights are contining to rise each week and I am going to steadily increase the amount of weight and decrease the amount of sets I do.

As far as the supplements go. I really love the Anebeta, I feel pumped all day, my strength continues to rise, and I esp like how it increases my appetite. The ursobolic is def making me a little leaner. I notice I sweat way more then normal when I am training. Also, My diet is ok, not the greatest, and I do look leaner. I mean I am not really changing the scale much, however, I def look leaner in the mirror. The N2Amp, what can I say, it is phenominal, best pumps and vascualrity I have ever gotten. Energy and focus work really well to. This is my all time favorite preworkout. I am now taking the Powerchews Invalid Link Removed and man, they taste just like Sweetarts and are so easy and convienant to use. These are def one of my favorite Invalid Link Removed products on the market. I actually look foward to taking these..


I was all set to add XFactor into my natty stack, by I decided to hold off a little bit and still may use it when this cycle is over at the end of the month..
