Wow nice job man. Yea I feel them there too on a flat bench. I usually do them on an incline since they get a deeper stretch and pull in more of the short head and a lil more of the long head too.

My triceps are pretty strong, but my chest is definitely the weak point for me on bench.

Same here, when im in my arch my leverages make up for it pretty well. But on things like db presses, floor press, cambered bar bench its just pure hell.

Now this session was great. My suit was brand new and was so hard to get into and break in. But once I was in it, it was game time. I naturally wanna squat wide and in a suit I can, raw you cant really squat as wide. We were dead after the squats and im already sore in my low back, hams, quads, and abs from earlier today. How wide should one squat raw compared to geared?

I was hitting 405 before I injured my left hip flexor, hence why I now have suit. To allow me to squat while it heals.

Dude if my cals fall to 3000-3500 i start to lose weight, i can barly hold on to 200lbs.
I use to only eat 2500ish cals a day to "lose weight", but then I slowly over the course of the year added cals and lost bodyfat and now I can handle 4000+ cals a day, a lil dirty at that lol

Notes: Slept better last night with no blue gene yesterday. So I will do this until monday and reasses. Those Box Squats were killing me. They are a lot harder for me then free squating since im a quad dominate/hamstring weak squater. They really helped me pull my glute/hams/post chain into the squat and sit way back. Also helped me learn how tight I should feel at the bottom and the whole lift. I also was able to really bring everything together like upper back tightness ect. Thank you Elite FTS!
 
It was man! They all killed it. My neck, calves, and knees hurt. And my ears are still ringing. Best part is I got another concert to go to this saturday too!

Hatebreed literally killed it tho, everyone was jumping in the place (hardrock live, FL) and if you stopped jumping you could feel the ground as the ppl jumped. To bad they broke up all the mash pits bc they were just fight pits haha. Five finger had this back drop that they played vids on as they played, one song they had mma knock outs in the back on the screens and the place went off.

Im going to dancegiving in ft. lauderdale. I like both metal and electronic music. Its dayglows version of thanksgiving. 11 am to 4 am lol.

Notes: Starting to figure out my sleep issues, as soon as I do, ill finish the blue gene. Had a great PR on bench and floor press today tho. Never touched 185 or 225 straight weight on floor press.
 
I saw Hatebreed, Five Finger, and Lamb of God last year. Brutal, brutal pit and I think I lost about 15 lbs from sweating my ass off in Summer Texas heat. Hatebreed and LoG killed it, but Five Finger is soooo lame. I hate bands that wear their own shirts while they're playing. Their set was the beer break.

Ok im back guys. Ill be finishing the blue gene starting next week.
Quick sum up. Well my BP over the course of the log shot up. As well as my pusle rate. It wasnt from the supps, it was from my trt. I was suppose to be donating blood every 4-6 weeks to keep my red blood cell count from getting to high. Well, my endo left the states and i forgot. So my blood got to thick and increased my BP. When I finally figured out the problem and went to donate blood it was 158/88 resting and pulse rate was 110 resting. I could feel me blood pressure go down as the blood was taken out, it was like someone was opening the pressure valve on my body, first my I couldnt feel the pressue in me feet then it moved up to my heart. It was like i could breathe again. And see, it was a craxy experience and not one I want again. This should be a lesson to all of your that cycle. As im only on 75mg test cyp a week. I had a doc appt today and my blood pressure was 120/80. You can see the difference, this is where I normally sit. Other then that, my diet has been on track sitting at 200ish. Ive still been hitting my sessions despite the BP and sleep issues from the BP. The mind is a powerful thing. This all happened on friday btw and I had an electronic music festival to go to on sat. I managed to make it, stayed sober the whole time as I was still not 100%. Had a blast tho. Now Ill start with tomorrows workout and close this up.

I mean the standard TRT dose is supposedly 200mgs a week. people would be having strokes left and right if test rose bp that high... Or is everyone giving blood every 4 weeks and I just haven't heard of this ...?

Depends on the person, when you get a full panel done your red blood count is on there. Mine kept rising slowy as I was on the trt. He tried to pull my dosage back so I still got benifits and we could slow this down a bit. Most docs have no idea what dose their patients should be on. They just get a "i feel good doc" and leave it alone. My red blood cell count got to high causing the rise in blood pressure. Not even 6 hrs after I gave blood my BP was down to the 120-130s/70-80s again. Everyone is different man.

And It was about an hr and a half, the assistence stuff moved fast as well as the main lift. Just a lot of volume.
