Will the lower levels of estrogen while you are on it upregulate estrogen receptors? if so how long before they return to normal after tapering off?

I've never seen data noting increased aromatase or ER expression during or after the use of an aromatase inhibitor.

Due to the structure (steroidal inhibitor), tapering off is unnecessary because enzyme synthesis is required until estrogen synthesis can take place, which wont cause a "spike" in levels as some are familiar with upon discontinuing competitive inhibitors.

It isnt going to upregulate estrogen receptors. Estrogen receptors would increase in the presence of more estrogen, not less estrogen.

Your body attempts to replace/increase the estrogen loss by producing more testosterone. Estrogen is made from testosterone. But since you are taking an AI the conversion into estrogen is blocked, so you are left with more testosterone, less estrogen

It does.....by increasing testosterone.

Cycles should be 4-8 weeks.

Testosterone converts to estrogen. That is how estrogen is made

If estrogen is low, more testosterone is secreted in order for more of it to convert to estrogen. If you block the conversion you are tricking you body into signaling more testosterone without increasing your estrogen

This is essentially the whole idea behind a PCT

Im not familiar with any other notable conversions. The aromatase is the big one and thats what Erase handles.

Good info man! On erase right now, thought about tapering it but decided not to. Now I dont feel bad about it :)
