ok, what about all of the other female hormones? does erase block the conversion to those too?
I've never seen data noting increased aromatase or ER expression during or after the use of an aromatase inhibitor.
Due to the structure (steroidal inhibitor), tapering off is unnecessary because enzyme synthesis is required until estrogen synthesis can take place, which wont cause a "spike" in levels as some are familiar with upon discontinuing competitive inhibitors.
