Protein here for 2.2 pounds of crap is equivalent to $75.
Creatine is $75 for 100gs.

I'd make a killing selling off supps I buy online tbh... Just the govt doesn't allow me to import more than three months worth at a time and will deport me if I am found to be selling supps.

I dont use pre or post workout supps. I have tried them only when samples came across my way. But that is it. Protein is around 20 bucks for a container of whey protein (Varies) and my Vitamins (Iss Research) are 20 bucks for a month supply. Misc. other product when needed vary. Most of my stuff is all diet. Maybe that is why I still have all this skin chub left.

Nah. Its mostly diet. I take a lot of aminos too. Glutamine, bcaa, creatine, alcar, lclt, beta alanine, taurine. And I don't do bulk multi vits. I buy them all single and dose dependent on my food intake and if I feel I am having any imbalances in my diet.
 
Dang not me. I don't use creatine or any right now. Maybe soon. You should try the vitamins I use it might help you for all the other things we talked about.

That's what I do and one of my friends gave me grief about how many different bottles I have and how many pills I take. I like controlling when and how much I take of something. And the only way to do that is buy the singles

Matt...I know all about supp costs! I spent $500 on the cycle I'm currently running. My "allowance" each month is $120 and I find it difficult to keep myself within that threshhold.

Hehe. I donno. I have a hard time not taking my minerals at specific times and not around other vitamins. We shall see though as I might have to consider taking an all in one...

I hear ya. If you read some studies it shows it's not really that taking all in at once hinders it's absorption(though it might) but taking certain micro nutrients together depletes another. Or competes for certain receptors in cells.

Hey $120 is about how much I'm allowed lol. Though if I start taking more powder instead of eating it'll go up a little. :)

I'm in the same boat. I use a lot of supplements and I'm always spending about 200 minimum a month

I think if I use whey protein instead of most of my food I will hit $200 EASILY... Im actually thinking of going mostly whey (though it kinda screws me up), It will be easier for me to diet down and calculate.
 
Luckily I work in a whole sale supplement store. Not only are the supplements priced close to internet pricing...but I get to buy my supplements at COST. Meaning I get my stuff cheaper than wholesale :thumbsup:

OMG, I need to get a pt job at someplace like that once I get back to Hawaii... (would do full time but that wont support my wife, and our future family, gotta grow up some time lol)

Yea just to get a basic shipment out here its is around $50 bucks. So I feel really stupid if my order is like less than 2x the shipping... and usually my order has to be around $300 or more (depending on the bulk powder content of the order) to make that happen...

If you can handle the bloat/water retention you get on it the strength increases are there. Libido is raised, sense of well being as well. If I were to run it again I would stack it with an AI, or some drying compound. Which is actually what im going to do in about 2 weeks when my 4 weeks of transaderm ends... haha.

Totally off topic, Noh Foods Poke' Mix any good? purple seaweed orange Hawaiian salt.... what do think ?I wanna' try Poke' in keeping with keto it looks very keto friendly

I got a good friend up here in Japan also from Hawaii who has told me that the NOH brand is alright. Definitely better from Hawaii but if you dont have any access to Hawaii poke marts/raw fish places, I would definitely give it a go. ;)
