Current weight 184 empty stomach
So here we are nearing the middle of my cycle. Thought id put up some of my current weights. The gains arent crazy by any means, but that is obviously because my goal is cutting, so any gains are welcomed in my opinion.
Have 4 days left on the epi at 60mg and then will be pumping the ud dose to the manly dose of 20mg a day. Feeling AMAZING on the epi right now.
Current weights 24 days on epi 30 days on transaderm (im going to outline 1 excersize that ill keep constant for each day. Not going to post my entire workout, reps, and sets for everything lol, So here goes)
Days i do chest - Flat DB bench press, Start - 125's for 7reps
Triceps - seated overhead tricep extension 110 lb db for 11
Biceps - seated concentration curls - 45 lb db for 9 each arm
Shoulders - Shrugs - 130 lb dbs for 14 (no wraps) and seated military db press 80 lb dbs for 10
Back - Deadlift - 315 for 8
Legs - Hacksquats - 3 plates either side for 13 reps.
Really really really hard not to just say **** it and go on a straight bulk right now but i am holding strong. Today is my second burn day in a row. Looking forward to tomorrow. Will take some pics around next week. The changes are starting to become way more visible
