New E-pharm product: URSOBOLIC !

Just got my 3 bottles from online. Opened it to find half the capsules broken.. What gives. At 9 a day, this bottle will last me a week.... Neat
 
I hope you don't really believe that. A lot of people on this board that log PHs lose all their gains out of stupidity. Also, the terms lean bulking, 'dirty' bulking (who ever came up with that), and recomping have been misconstrued. Many people gain about 10lbs, lose 5 in PCT and then just slowly wither away. However, if you keep training hard and eating the amount of calories to maintain your weight as well as the right macronutrients, you can maintain your gains.

I tore my left bicep off the bone 2 years ago. It was a complete distal tendon rupture. I had just gotten divorced, it was the begining of the summer and I was as big and cut as I had ever been. I was excited about my prospects with the ladies. I worked out back in the morning and was doing bent over rows with 325, I lost my handle on the last rep, and since I was in my apartment(I have a nicely equipped home gym thanks) I couldn't dump it lest I damage the floor. I hung onto it at the bottom and felt a twinge. Everything seemed ok. That afternoon, it was memorial day weekend(yes there is a relevant point) we were playing pool volley ball and I dug one out with my left arm and felt something like a funny bone hit. By friend points and says"look at your arm" My bicep was rolled up to my shoulder and all my summer plans went whoosh and dissapeared. Here comes the point. After my reattachment surgery, I had the button method, I was in a plaster splint for 6 weeks and a brace for I don't know how long, My arms were 19" pumped when I got hurt when my left came out of the splint 13 inches. I was sick, it was seven months before they turned me loose, I was held at 15 lbs for that arm for three months. By January my arm was 18 inches again and no ph's and as's.The only days I was out of the gym was the day of the injury and the day of my surgery. I went in in my splint and worked my other side I read some where that the body transfers a percentage of gains made the the unworked side in an effort to keep the body balanced. Long story short, My bicep went from 13 - 18 inches in a matter of months, not the years it took to build it to that point originally. So I have personal validity for PA's statement.

Sorry to double post but if you look at the attached link to this thread you see folks that have been using for 2 weeks plus and its starting to kick in, this stuff takes a bit results become more pronounced with time. Invalid Link Removed

I was hoping to win something as well. But no problem. I did take it, no fear.

Im glad somebody else saw this, I was starting to think my eyes were playin tricks on me, but I guess they got half blind chimps putting the caps together instead of machines, lol.

Im starting my second bottle, there is clear mild appetite suppression for me, but I might spread out the dosing throughout the day more, because I have noticed what others have described, for lack of better terms, a drop off in effectiveness later on in the evenings.

Starting to look a little tiny bit leaner in the arms and legs, feeling pretty good overall, only real problem is these damn smoke burps, I caught one coming up today, tried to hold it in and ended up breathing smoke out of my nose like a freakin dragon.

So far for me is smoke burps, facial hair growing faster, very mild appetite suppression. On my third bottle. I really don't see my investment paying off. Big fan of pa, but not thinking of taking it past 4 bottles. Maybe I can earn my money back with magic shows of blowing smoke without smoking a cig.

I follow lean gains,

On workout days (m,w,th,f) I usually break fast around 5-6 pm with a post workout amino drink.

Then I eat about 30-60 mins later a gigantic meal that my gf, family and friends always ponder if I have a mental disorder (I do ;) }

Then about 2 hours later I have anoter meal/snack and shake then go to bed two hours after that..

My question is: I take9 urso a day.. I've been doing 6 with the huge meal and 3 w the smaller one.. But that's only over the course of 3-4 hours tops.. Im wondering if that is ok/if I'm reaping the most effects with this dosing protocol..

On tues, sat, sun.. I eat 4-5 times a day, smaller meals, so that will be np to spread out doses.. Just wondering about the days outlined above.. Thanks a lot! It's great to have someone involved In the co. Really keeps things personal and casual.

I think its better to spread it out over three doses to keep levels more constant imo

Isn't "muscle memory" just a theory?

thats certainly not as preferable as spreading it out.

Do you think its best to take in 3 daily doses in moderate fat meals
or 2 daily doses in higher fat meals 2 doses is more suitable for me?

I think it started to kick in now after two bottles @ nine caps. Ive been dieting for a while but results are getting more pronounced. Strength is still there despite losing weight. Dude, it hasn't suppressed my appetite as well. Quit worrying about it, and just eat. I've been taking 9 a day and the only effects I feel are a very distinct thermo effect. I've had no issues with being hungry and getting in my normal meals. I haven't heard anyone say anything about cutting. I'm not using it as a PCT, but I'm using it for my mass gaining phase. I think it works great for that. I was starting to reach a plateau when I started taking it and I've busted right through it! Not sure it was the UA, but it couldn't have hurt!

same here tried megadosing for a week to check out the potential for a miraculous new natural anabolic, but very satisfied with the repartitioning effect instead (at this second wk) 225 lbs and strength continues to increase along with (mirror) observed leaning out. approaching only wk 2! (yeah i did a lot of it that first week). as PA noted dosing/effects as a proportion of intake inthe cited studeis, my dosing is adjusted accordingly, unless I am really not hungry at all (this is happening often) then I get a real cool pumped feeling by mixing it with veg oil before taking it. Only 'cuz i wanted to check the solubility in vinegar, but no such thing, so I put in some oil and saw it disperse very well in that, and drank it. Nice feeling.

And as far as muscle memory. I think just like how they say if we were fat once it's easier to get fat again, same goes for muscle. The specific metabolic pathways are already there. Just need the stimulus to get us back.
 
No offence, but these posts doesn't demonstrate any fatloss. "I think" and "something going on" are not something that makes me want to buy. No clear cut fatloss effects. We've also seen some who did not respond to it yet after 3 weeks. I'm still holding on hoping it will produce solid fatloss results. I'm still optimistic, but so far it takes 3 to 4 weeks to start to feel something. Hopefully over the next month people will start losing some serious fat.

I think most ppl just like the ability to eat mroe and not get fat lol.

But I get what you mean. I will be testing it, but it wont be stand alone.... my lean bulk might actually turn into a cut... sigh... so much fun I was expecting... now back to eating so little... ; ;

Quick synopsis of what I've experienced so far:

- Intermittent feelings of body temp increase
- appetite suppression high during the day (1st two weeks)
- increased hunger in the evening (1st two weeks)
- going into 3rd week less appetite overall
- weight has fluctuated slightly, started at 235lbs and 17 days in at 235.4 lbs., but I still have people at work (men and women) saying I look like a lost more weight (leaner?)
- clothes feel even looser, I am currently down an inch in waist size and noticed I look leaner in the upper body, which also shows when wearing certain shirts. I also noticed it in my face (jawline is more defined).

So how can you be certain that these small changes are all the result of Ursobolic and not some other supplement or actually hard work with diet and exercise?. These quotes don't prove that Ursobolic does anything, they are just the perceptions of users of the supplement. Just because his waist is down an inch while taking ursobolic doesn't prove that it is because of ursobolic that his waist is down an inch. By the way that guy is also taking OxyElite Pro from UspLabs. He is also on 1200-1500 calories a day.

OxyElite??? really? My brother took that for a month and gained weight. You can't be sure, you can't be sure about anything. I got lean, by going low carb, very low carb, no potatoes no pasta no rice, or sweet fruit. All my carbs came from leafy greens and or cruciferous vegetables. I've stayed lean despite a big calorie jump due to Ursobolic. Take a look at my logged diet, I have added a ****load of carbs. Prior to using the Ursobolic it was a recipe for total smoothing out. It hasn't happened and I am even having cookies here and there pancakes hashbrowns, etc take a look at my log at my last pics I'm leaner than in the first. I do not do cardio, my job is totally sedentary, hell they literally only let me get up to use the jon. I roll around in the 9-11 percent fat range all the time which usually requires major denial in the food area. Not so since I started taking it. I do not take any other fat burners and I added it to an existing supplement set I've been using for over a year. Is it perfect science? No but I am not going to drop everything else(that may actually skew results even more) I have used and established. I have seen amazing partitioning results. No net loss nor gain and I am in pct. No strength loss no size loss no endurance loss, and that's the Truth
 
It is called placebo. If you are eagerly looking for something, chances are you will find it. I'm looking for the I lost X lbs after X days dosing it at x pills a day. You would expect such posts from weightloss supps. Again, not ruling it out but I haven't seen the proof yet.

Truth's log is very good.

Of course ppl are gonna be skeptical, that's why we got ppl like this supporting the product. If EVERYTHING out did what the label claims everyone would be ripped to shreds in no time, and be like that all the time. Some ppl don't even FEEL prohormones. I have a buddy who took 1ad for 4 weeks and PCT'd with milk thistle (Granted this was like in 2001). Said it never really affected him at all. Only thing that went up was his big 3 numbers, by about 200lbs total... I donno where I'm going with this but ursobolic acid is doing what it claims to do for some "REGARDLESS" of diet changes. Could be metabolism changes after dieting, or anything else....but for some it's working. If you are skeptical please ask questions but don't bash the stuff till you try it.

And you know I'm looking at the bottle and doesn't say "weight loss" It says and I quote" Powerful compound for increasing muscle mass and decreasing bodyfat. If you'll look at the Iowa study the mice gained muscle mass and lost body fat, which sha' is what users are reporting, leaning out without losing weight. You need to look up a story I remember as a child in an Alfred Hitch**** Compilation I believe it was called Piecraft. It was about a fat guy literally looking for a magical "weight loss" formula, A witch doctor of sorts provided in and the main character ingested it and became weightless, i.e. he floated like a helium balloon but was still fat. Because what he asked for was a weight loss formula not a fat loss formula. So....you tell me, would you like to lose 20 lbs and look like jelly or stay the same weight or even gain a pound or two and be ripped hard and shredded??? I take lean and heavy over light and chubby any day. I look like I am juicing right now and I'm in pct quite the opposite. My doctor today flat out asked me if I was on steroids when I went in for an injury. This stuff is working for fat loss as intended, you are hung up on the scale I don't even own one but I got mirrors and a camera and neither lies
