maybe tendonitus truth ive had it, agony... pain originates at the elbow all the way down the forearm nasty as hell mangaged to go on its own after some time
Yeah but this is in the back of my arm towards the shoulder and strange things irritate it you'd think since its in the back where the shoulder and tricep meet that pushing movements would irritate it but they do not. Its curling and any motion with my left had pronated. Its driving me nuts.maybe tendonitus truth ive had it, agony... pain originates at the elbow all the way down the forearm nasty as hell mangaged to go on its own after some time

The pain is not that high and I can do all the labrum injury tests with no pain, Just completed my chest, shoulder and try workout with no ill effect wtf I don't understand what this pain can be???? Its presentation defies logic, I think doc on friday would be wiseI would say it's your labrum which is what I just had done, but you would notice it more on pressing movements. Possibly then your bicep tendon, which runs into your rotator cuff, although not in the back of your arm. You could have torn an area around it, which would explain the pain during curling. I have a tear in my bicep tendon, but again, pressing aggravates it. You are not using a palms in or palms up grip during pressing, are you?
Palms up, I've had a complete Bicep tendon rupture, remind me to tell that story, this pain is in the back where the tricep inserts under the delt and the pain radiated down the tricep, I did tons of pressing today and absolutely no aggravations, I pronate my hand and pick up a frying pan and OUCH! In the back of my arm it makes no sense.I would say it's your labrum which is what I just had done, but you would notice it more on pressing movements. If it truly works on the igf gene some how it would illicit similar results as you would expect from hgh. It is still a very new compound and will have to stand the test of time but it looks very promising. Your results and the other user accounts are about what you would expect from someone taking a hgh/igf type peptide the first time. Im curious if anyones noticed better sleep quality or skin looking better?
I haven't noticed anything like that but I haven't been looking. I Sleep well anyway, I have not noticed the extreme dreams that I have with ghrp 2 and 6 I have noticed that my hair and nails appear to be growing faster.I've been paying attention to this substance before it was being produces as a supplement. I eat a lot of fat and I think that is why I am having the success I am with the product. How much fat are you taking it with. What was your starting bf% mine is always pretty low so its easy to spot differences one way or the otherToday is my 30th day on Ursobolic. I started at 8/day for the first week. Went to 12/day for the next two weeks and this last week I went back to 9/day. I have me using UA on a maintenance diet which includes one cheat day/week. To be perfectly honest I can't say that I've noticed much if any overall improvement. My strength is about the same. My weight is the same as is my overall definition. I do seem to have slightly better muscle fullness but my baseline measurements are all the same. I still have a couple of bottles left. I will continue to use them until they are gone. I have heard that it sometimes takes about 30 days to begin to see results.
Yesterday at the gym ! weighed 203.5 lbs that's 92.3kgs for the rest of the world, will try to post weight on Wednesdays, we'll call it weigh in Wednesdays, How's that?Improved sleep would be good, am a s**t sleeper,
when are you weighing nxt truth think you should keep a record of this to see how it changes based on how your physique is looking also will give you a better idea of the extent of the recomp, same day and condidtions each week is best if doing it weekly
I usually sleep like a rock anyway.I am constantly on some form of test booster. I rotate them to keep from keep them from loosing effiacy to quickly. I'm currently using Vitasupps knock-off version of BioForge V3. I'm only on day 3 but sleep has been much improved since I started using this product. My energy and mood throughout the day is also much better.
Very interesting study

Abstract
AIMS:
Accelerated atherosclerosis is a major diabetic complication initiated by the enhanced recruitment of monocytes into the vasculature. In this study, we examined the therapeutic potential of the phytonutrients ursolic acid (UA) and resveratrol (RES) in preventing monocyte recruitment and accelerated atherosclerosis.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Dietary supplementation with either RES or UA (0.2%) protected against accelerated atherosclerosis induced by streptozotocin in high-fat diet-fed LDL receptor-deficient mice. However, mice that received dietary UA for 11 weeks were significantly better protected and showed a 53% reduction in lesion formation while mice fed a RES-supplemented diet showed only a 31% reduction in lesion size. Importantly, UA was also significantly more effective in preventing the appearance of proinflammatory GR-1(high) monocytes induced by these diabetic conditions and reducing monocyte recruitment into MCP-1-loaded Matrigel plugs implanted into these diabetic mice. Oxidatively stressed THP-1 monocytes mimicked the behavior of blood monocytes in diabetic mice and showed enhanced responsiveness to monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) without changing MCP-1 receptor (CCR2) surface expression. Pretreatment of THP-1 monocytes with RES or UA (0.3-10μM) for 15h resulted in the dose-dependent inhibition of H(2)O(2)-accelerated chemotaxis in response to MCP-1, but with an IC(50) of 0.4μM, UA was 2.7-fold more potent than RES.
CONCLUSION:
Dietary UA is a potent inhibitor of monocyte dysfunction and accelerated atherosclerosis induced by diabetes. These studies identify ursolic acid as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of diabetic complications, including accelerated atherosclerosis, and provide a novel mechanism for the anti-atherogenic properties of ursolic acid.

So have I, its actually from the same journal and the one I posted is the latest oneI have seen one study showing just the opposite effect.
Yes it has been shown in medical studies to reduce high blood pressure, mine is borderline Hypertensive as well due to my overwhelming stress level Ursobolic has helped in that regard. See the attached studyOne of the more positive benefits I've noticed with UA is that it has lowered my BP significantly. It's normally boderline high (132/80) in the late afternoon after a stressful day. However, while on UA it has stayed around 120/72 throughout the day. Most likey do to the diuretic effect of UA..

[h=4]Summary[/h]Cardiovascular (systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate), antihyperlipidemic (tryglycerides, total cholesterol and lipoprotein fractions), antioxidant (glutathione peroxidase – GPx, and superoxide dismutase – SOD), diuretic/saluretic and hypoglycemic activity of 98% pure oleanolic (OA) and ursolic (UA) acid were studied in Dahl salt-sensitive (DSS), insulin resistant rat model of genetic hypertension. Both OAand UA displayed low toxicity, with LC[SUB]50[/SUB] 0.10 and 0.95 mg/ml, respectively. Although both triterpenoids did not have direct hypotensive effect, after 6-week application in a daily dose 60 mg/kg b.w., i.p., they prevented the development of severe hypertension. The antihypertensive effect was attributed to their potent diuretic-natriuretic-saluretic activity; direct cardiac effect (heart rate decrease by 34% and 32%, respectively); antihyperlipidemic (more than two times decrease of LDLand triglycerides); antioxidant (GPx increase by 12% and 10%, respectively;SOD increase by 12% and 22%, respectively), and hypoglycemic (blood glucose decrease by 20% and 50%, respectively) effects on the DSSrats. Except for the antihyperlipidemic effects, the other described above in vivoantihypertensive effects of OAand UAare reported for the first time and the underlying mechanisms are currently under investigation.
Key words: oleanic acid; ursolic acid; experimental hypertension; salt-sensitivity; insulin resistance

Yeah stress is a bitch, my job is unecessarily stress filled, my personal life lately has only compounded the issue.Don't expect too much until week two, I am an early responder to all things good and bad. Stims like wreck me I have to take half the normal dose, except coffee I drink it by the gallon, but cold medicines, pain medicines, everything hits me harder than normal. Its like my natural equilibrium is delicate....that's the only thing about me that is.O wow to lowering bp!! Mines been steadily rising also due to extreme stress.. Normally 110/60 or 70.. Recently been 115-120/80.. Hopefully some changes I've made along with adding urso will be helpful! 2 days in.. Nothing drastic to note.. Diet n training has been rockin past two weeks and leaning nicely while getting bigger n stronger! Hopefully I'll notice the great effects you have, truth
Yeah ephedra totally kicks my ass geranimine I can tolerate but it make me a tad jittery and hurts my stomach a tad, for some reason Clearshot doesn't hurt my stomach, it could very well be the ginger extract, as ginger is a gastro protectant and Clearshot will kick you in the seat of the pants its like a turbo charger. I literally drink 20 cups of coffee a day with half and half. Maybe thats why I cannot handle stims.... my bloodstream is pretty much liquid caffeine lol.The BP effect could be from the anti inflammatory effect.
Interesting though.
Man truth, a gallon of coffee but stims hurt you? Lol. That's insane.

Drop Ursobolic on that and BOOM!! F'in six pack! lolMan. That's the ab secret eh? Caffeinate the blood stream and add half and half to keep the caffeine alive longer through inhibiting the liver from taken away it's thunder. Haha.

Didn't you say you had a hernia, hows that healing?Haha. Well I don't think cardio is needed for definition. It'll help. But if your diet is on track you should be fine.
My diet... Is not so good I think. I'm gonna revamp it. My whole gut healing effort is moot point. Sigh...

I hate to here that friend. I see from your logs you hit it hard regardless. I respect that. I train through and around injuries most wouldn't, I hat not working out and I hat not working out hard worse. My Diet? Whey protein I'm a believer Its never done me wrong, I'm a big believer in whole eggs too, there are so many nutrients in the yolk its idiotic to toss it. Hope the hernia doesn't give you too much trouble. I gotta get myself to bed I have to be up in 5 hours. Have a good one man always good to have you post. If I ever make it to Hawaii I'll make you make good on meeting me for Poke' and Brews :beerchug:Umbilcal hernia. Got a small hole in around my belly button. And when my intestines swell from the ingestion of milk or wheats it can pop out.
It makes having these allergies even worse. It's good as long as I stat away from those foods. But if I try to lift after eating those type foods the area can bleed. Not fun at all.
Maybe I'll follow the truths diet for a while. Get some whey protein. I was able to eat that in the past.

The weight loss was miniscule and I think I stated that my weight varied a pound or two daily related to carb and or sodium intake. I don't own a scale so same day and same time is best I can do. My day is extremely regimented so I eat and go to the gym same time everyday so things should be close. So I am basically the same weight while eating a lot moreTHATS good mate, once a week is cool but on same day each week under same conditions like 1st thing in the morn upon waking b4 food and drink (as accurate as weighing can be)
so you put a lb or 2 back on from when you said you lost weight and now back to the same starting weight but still leaner and bigger?
Yes Poke, beers and beach sounds splendid, get on the Truth Diet and You'll be shredded fo' sho' lol I love beer used to brew my own. I am afraid I may have to return to the "Truth Diet" as I fear I have a rotator cuff injury, I am going to rest it a couple of days and return my diet to its pre Ursobolic state. If I do in fact have to lay off the gym. We'll see the doc tomorrow but signs aren't good Dammit !!!yea we can go and get some poke and some nice beers (or whatever your drink of choice is), and hit up the beach
Hopefully by then Ill be ripped to shreds year round.
Truth diet lol. I like it.

Yeah not a bad deal. I am afraid about this how rotator cuff thing is going to affect my workouts, My best guess self diagnosis is strain or small tear in the teres minor or the teres major or both. The pain presents itself in some weird ways. The "Truth" about abs is tonite good sir I make good on my promises. be patient. I have a Dr's appointment this afternoon and that'll probably mean I'll work out at home tonite, I have a power rack and a 1000lbs plus of weight, so I'll get a simple yet effective work out here unless the doc advises against it.The best situation there can ever be
Wheres the truth about abs? lol
It is mostly about diet I used to be a fat 300 lbs see my fat pics this thread, they were me at about 275, I got bigger. You currently do WAAAAAAAAAY too much ab work IMO, you are gonna be sick when I tell you my ab workout. I'm gonna save you enough time to take up a hobby lol. Stay tuned tonight for ....../."The Truth About Abs" Also thanks for the compliments, I do work really hard and it does get harder as I get older. But I don't really see myself getting anything but better :wink1:Also can't wait to hear the truth about abs
Currently i do::::
Monday - hanging legraises supersetted w rope crunches, then I do revere crunches supersetted w Swiss ball crunches and side cable crunches all 3 sets of 15-25 each
Wed - I do pullovers (make sure I feel it in the stomach) weighted decline crunches+twists, reg legraises ss w Swiss ball pikes, stick twists
Th - all obliques, db side bends, cable twists, overhead weighted side bends
Sat I don't go to gym but do a non weighted AB circuit when I wake up which totals 4-500 total reps split between 4-5 different AB workouts, takes about 7 minutes.
It works.. It's a lot.. Coul I do less and get sane or better results?? Idk bc I'm scared to find out lol
Trying to upload pics from ohone but no dice.. Can try from comp later! But at 23.. U put me to shame truth! I would say it's diet , but you're a cheater! Lol
I should be so lucky years from now.. I used to be a fat 190 didn't leave the couch.. Unless it was to get more food. Ten I struggled w anorexia, Down to 94 pounds. Now I'm rockin **** at 160-175 depending on time if year/goals. I should texhinicallly be bulking and eating a lot more .. But right now I'm gonna try to stay as lean as a can and just roll w slow gains.. Cutting sucks lol!
Glad the log helped, there is a lot of good information in here, also make sure to take the Ursobolic with a good about of fat 6-12 gramsGlad I read this log to see the dosing on this product since the bottle says to take 3-6 caps per day. I guess that would be underdosing it.
