Are you taking anything else with it? If your taking something like a test booster or PH than the added LCLT in HGHup might be beneficial to you. Typically most users report better body composition and fat loss with HGHup but this is going to be highly dependent on the user as both product will improve you composition. As a standalone I would recommend IGF-2 though..

Wake up: take 2 HGH-Up and 3 IGF-2

Pre-workout: take 2 HGH-Up, 2 scoops Lit-Up and 3 IGF-2
Post-workout take 4 Neovar with carbs
Pre-Bed: 2 HGH-Up and 3 IGF-2
This stack should deliver a nice boost in IGF-1, testosterone, and GH, for some really good lean body mass gains IMO
