My god. That is one crazy workout. Kleen is a beast!

I love those kinda workouts lol.

What Kinda diet you following now? Trying maintain?

I wasn't lifting with Kleen, he just offered me a suggestion on the forum. My diet is geared toward maintanence, but the way my body processes carbs I'm inadvertently bulking if I'm eating carbs at all. I don't ever intentionally bulk. The one time I tried to bulk I got up to 230lbs, but it didn't look pretty in my opinon. People said I carried it well, but I just basically felt fat.

Yea i know how you feel. Everyone says I got anorexic... 195lbs at 5'10" is not anorexic lol.

I feel fat at 200+. But I think it's because of scale weight. Just an illusion.

Man.. I'm here at some hamburger place.. I hate eating out. I can't eat the bun and I'm pretty sure the put some flour product in the hamburger. It's not going to be good. :(

Ah just woof it down and go poo like a pet coon. Lol

I had a super satisfying back workout. Kleen advised that I give the CNS a break, which I took under consideration, but I still wanted to hit back with my regular lifting partner, so I took a higher volume approach to lessen the intensity.

I'm starting to look and feel like I'm sizing up pretty substantially. I like where my strength and endurance is at and I don't feel too, too heavy. Surprisingly, I was still relatively fresh, but I knew I still intend to lift tomorrow morning, so I wanted to save myself. I really feel this stack is somehow making good use of my carb intake. My strength and/or muscle endurance progression from week to week is uncommonly consistent.

285 on the lat pull down after all those other reps. My goodness. Have you had a chance to use the squat machine like the one I have in my video?

Alright guys, who are you rooting for or who are you calling to win at UFC 136?

Franke Edgar/Gray Maynard = Maynard by TKO
Jose Aldo/Kenny Florian = Aldo by TKO
Chael Sonnen/Brian Stann = Sonnen by decision
Melvin Guillard/Joe Lauzon = Guillard by KO
Garcia/Nam Pham = Nam by TKO
Maia/Santiago = Maia decision
Pettis/Stephans = Pettis by submission or GnP stoppage

These are the fights I'm realy into. Also, anyone have any speculations on Lyoto/JBJ?

I'll go:
Edgar via Dec
Aldo via TKO
Sonnen via Dec
Guillard via (T)KO
Phan via Dec
Santiago via Dec
Pettis via Sub

Not yet, I'd probaby use that as a supplemental movement because I need the core strength from free weight squats to benefit my Oly Lifts.

Final Review

I was hoping I'd end strong, but the Oly Lifts kicked my arse this morning. I've got cuts & bruises on my thighs from dropping the Cleans from failed attempts, I couldn't go as heavy on the Snatch and for the first time, I had my right shoulder do one of those giving out moments where my right side unlocked in the catch. All & all a very disappointing final lift, but as for the entirety of my stack, it was really successful and fun to progressive so consistently. When I started this stack, I was 190lbs bone dry & depleted, I averaged 194lbs and I on heavy, full days, I could be as high as 197lbs. Currently, I'm 212lbs after 8 weeks. Granted, most of it is obviously not unadulterated LBM, but it is what it is. My strength is way, way up from when I first started, both in terms of absolute strength and muscle endurance. Recovery on this stack was enhanced, allowing me to workout more often.

Before starting the stack, I could hit 275lbs on bench for 5 reps on a strong day, currently, I'm back to being able to hit 275lbs for 10 reps. Before starting the stack, I'd lost the ability to hit 135lbs on the Snatch, even from the hang position to a high catch and now I'm able to hit 155lbs again. The approximate gain of 15lbs plus or minus wasn't all fat, water and glycogen storage (but maybe 90-95% of those combinations), because my strength did increase dramatically and my power increased significantly. I have more vascularity in my arms now, then I did at 197lbs, but my belly does have more circumference at this stage. I'm planning to be on PRIME for the next 8 weeks, where I intend to run Anabeta, D1, Erase and Adamantium again, or at least use that as my PCT if I decide to run Andromass, either way, I'm re-running this stack someway or another.

Lastly, thanks to everyone who stuck around, whether you were following the actual log or just dropped in to talk MMA, I like it all.

It was a pretty exciting card. This Chael interview is killer.

I see Chael has been taking lessons at the Barnett school of applying a pro wrestling promo to MMA. I absolutely, 100% hopes that he beats the **** out of Andy for the full 5 rounds.

All done. The final review is a few posts above you, so we're probably the only people left in here.

Oops sorry man, I thought you were talking about end of your workout. Glad you enjoyed the stack man. I vote you run andromass and just get a research chem plus OTC stack.

It is going to be the biggest seller ever besides a GSP A Silva match up. I hope he KO's him. If that happends I bet we will see a crazy silva. Maybe a run at 205 or a catch weight with gsp possibly?

Fantastic final review, MMA talk and just a really fun log:) Thank you for taking the time out to give us a very detailed log, we very much appreciate it!

Outside of a card with Lesnar, I easily seeing this as being the highest seller ever for them. UFC 100 will probably be the highest buy rate until they make a "superfight" with Silva fighting either GSP or Jones.

You and me both! I'm weary of the outcome though. Sonnen has the best chance of anyone in the division to beat Andy. He knows to rush Andy, to not let Andy establish pace & distance and to grind Andy out with his wrestling, but the sheer fact that I haven't seen Andy lose since the Ryo Chonan flying or summersaulting heel hook, the idea of Andy losing to anyone seems unimaginable.

I don't know that Andy will actually leave the division if he loses, just like I'm not certain Sonnen leaves the UFC unless his next fight with Silva is the last fight on his current contract. There are legal ramications, but I'm 100% certain Dana loved the promotional aspect of such brazen declarations. The idea of such a stipulation creates such an interest in of itself, without the added drama Chael has/will stir up.

I've always liked GSP's style to beat Silva. I don't think GSP would suffer in the strength arena, but the reach may be an issue, which is why I tend to favor JBJ vs Silva, over GSP vs Silva. How do you feel about it?

I take GSP over Silva, but I take Silva over Jones. Jones relies too much on athleticism to overcome his technical deficiencies and Silva will be able to overcome the reach factor with his boxing and footwork.

That's a good point. If Lyoto can crack the JBJ code (how to get inside that reach), it'll be awesome. JBJ has fought straight-forward opponents up to this point, Lyoto will be his first fight where he may have to do some on-the-spot adjustments or figuring out.

Lateral movement is going to be the key in that fight. Lyoto has the best lateral movement in the division along with his awkward style to somewhat frustrate Jones.

Maybe Jones' relatve inexperience could possibly surface in a fight against someone like Lyoto. Also, 5 rounds favors Lyoto's style more then a 3 round fight.

My fear is that the fight will be very tactical and lack entertainment. I can easily see it going that route.

If it means ego checking JBJ, I'll be okay with that, but I don't know. I certainly see Lyoto as more of a defensive, counter-focused fighter and the lack of fire works of his style is augmented by his tendency to point strike, but JBJ I'd say is relatively offensive. I think JBJ's clout being what it is, that anytime Lyoto lands a strike of any signifigance, Rogan and the crowds would go wild, like when Sonnen actually cracked Andy on the jaw, so it could be the most exciting point-strike fight I've ever seen, theoretically.

I may bank of Lyoto riding his bike and point-striking for the first 3 rounds and then capitalizing on JBJ's frustration and potential impatience in rounds 4-5, though Greg Jackson has a way of centering his fighters, short of Leonard Garcia, so who knows.

Another thing to consider: this will be Jones' first fight against a southpaw.

Good discussion going on here. Great points.

Going by right now I would have to go with:

JBJ via tko over Machida
Silva via Dec over GSP
JBJ vs Silva is what I am not sure about.

I think the size difference of Andy vs GSP is too large along with lack of finishing on GSPS part, I think Andy can keep away from GSP easiler and use those long limbs against him. Anderson will have already been working huge on take down defense. Andy would probably out point him and end up being a very boring fight.

JBJ vs Andy could go a lot of ways. I have no idea and we could see the young JBJ freak out like some others have.

I am just so pumped for Sonnen. I hope he beats Silva, hold the belt for awhile, and forces Andy to fight the fighters above. Andy vs shogun? would andy do it? he already said no to Machida.

JBJ is annoyingly good at utilizing his length and he's quick for having such long appendages, that's the killer. He's Brock'eque in his gift, in that Brock is uncommonly fast for being that large and JBJ is uncommonly quick for having such long limbs. He's not lanky with his limbs. I hope Lyoto does well against him.

A fight with Silva and JBJ would be my personal, biggest super-fight. I don't like either of them, so it'd just be a fun fight to watch for the sake of the fight.

I'll see what I can do for you on getting a log. You ran a solid log with pics this year and that'll really help.

his logs/mma are fun, but PH's are more fun then natty stuff, al thought natty stuff is so fun because of the libido, lack of sides, no pct, and if you randomly have to drink because of something not as big of a deal. i am going to run some epi-strong with onee of the new andro products coming out next year. in november i am running d-zine. 30/30/30/45/45 with Torem,TCF1, Formestane, anabeta, maybe testopro and hgh pro.

I also havnt ran torem....yikes a lot of firsts haha but i got nolva and clomid as well if sh!t hits the fan.

Lesnar shocker! UFC star agrees to new deal with the WWE

This is no way to make those nasty rumors go away. Brock Lesnar, who's been long rumored to be interested in a possible return to the world of fake fighting, just agreed to be one of the primary character in the WWE's new video game. According to TMZ:

After SEVEN YEARS apart, UFC pain machine Brock Lesnar is getting back into business with the company that put him on the map -- WWE -- in a deal that will make him the "featured star" in a brand new video game.

Multiple sources confirm ...the people developing "WWE: 12" approached Brock back in January and asked for permission to use his name and likeness in the game and the advertising campaign.

Of course, he had to get permission from his new boss - UFC president Dana White.

TMZ spoke with White, who told us, "I love WWE and I have nothing but love for Vince McMahon -- I'm totally OK with Brock being in the game."

Lesnar's long term future is truly a fight by fight proposition in MMA. He's battled diverticulitis over the last 18 months. The former WWE star is scheduled to face Alistair Overeem on Dec. 30. If he loses, who knows? From the UFC's standpoint if the wrestling game further promotes Lesnar, it certainly can't hurt pay-per-view sales for his MMA bouts.

Silva vs. Jones Super Fight Possible, but Silva vs. Sonnen Rematch Likely to be Next

UFC light heavyweight champion has been nothing if not impressive… and that’s probably an understatement.

After rocketing to a 12-1 record, with his only slip being a disqualification loss to Matt Hamill, and crushing the likes of Brandon Vera, Vladimir Matyushenko, and Ryan Bader consecutively, Jones found himself in a title fight.

Everyone knew that his fight with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC 128 would be his proving ground, with most insiders believing Shogun to be favored in the fight. But Jones passed the test with flying colors, proving himself with a third-round TKO of the champion, claiming the gold.

He then made the first defense of said title by becoming the first fighter in the UFC to finish Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, submitting him in the fourth round with a rear naked choke at UFC 135.

The kicker to all this is Jones is only 24 years old.

“You’re not in your prime until you’re 27, 28, 29 years old. He’s only 24 and he’s fighting Lyoto Machida; he’s fighting all these guys who are legends,” commented UFC president Dana White on Wednesday. “You have to respect what this kid has been able to do at such a young age and how he’s been able to do it.”

Especially after the stoppage of Rampage, he is getting respect. He opened as a heavy favorite for his upcoming title defense against Lyoto Machida at UFC 140 in December.

But with that respect also comes higher demands. People are now starting to clamor for a super fight between Jones and UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, who has stepped up to the light heavyweight division a couple of times with smashing success.

As much as White believes Jones is the real deal and is amazed at how he’s running rough shod over his competition, he’s not ready to put that much of a task on Jones’ plate. White believes both have other matters to attend to first.

“(Jones) has got two tough fights ahead of him. Anderson is gonna continue to fight. He’ll probably end up fighting Chael Sonnen,” said White. “They’ve got a lot of tough guys in front of them.

“I know everybody loves the idea of a super fight. But the thing you’ve got to understand, Jon is 24 years old. He’s got some business to handle in the light heavyweight division without thinking about Anderson Silva right now.”

If he gets past Machida at UFC 140, Jones is then expected to finally square off with former teammate, and top contender, Rashad Evans, who happens to be on the sidelines recovering from an injury at the moment.

Those are both tall tasks. Machida and Evans have both been ensconced in the upper echelon of the light heavyweight division for a long time. But if he gets past both, would a super fight between Jones and Silva, who has often hinted at nearing the end of his fighting career, be out of the question?

The way Jones has been performing, we might not be all that far off from finding out.

At least Jones is looking at him and not doing his stare off to the side zombie look.

Thats a pretty sick fight card, damn Jones is so confident, I can't wait to see how this fight plays out, not really sure who I want to win....I think I'll go for Lyoto lol
