Last DAA product upset my stomach too, but Formula-X hasn't given me any and a few people have commented that they didn't get any stomach issues from Formula-X.

Could be the amino acid combination in my current daa product upsets some water balance or something in my stomach.

Perhaps I'll give athleticX a test run sometime later.
 
Im dying to try some formula x!! Gotta wait till mid Oct though when I start making better $$.

i think there is a difference in quality from one brand to another...i have been lucky, so far all of the ones i have tried have been mild on the stomach-formula-x being among them.
 
did weighted stairclimbing today....made 5 trips. even though i was winded it felt good to get my swole on, legs were super pumped and the burn felt fantastic. feel like my endurance is slowly coming back!!! man, i am really paying for taking those 2 weeks off....no choice though FAMILY 1ST!!!!

Thats right family is always 1st! Good to see you were able to get through it tho, those stairs sound killer, I'm going to look for ankle weights Monday so I can try this.

don't know how many times i have said this.......weighted stairclimbing is the best damned workout you can get....build big time muscle/shred up/get a cardio in, all at the same time. i guarantee you that if you strap on some ankle weights and do a few trips up and down a high rise, your legs will be rubber, and chest will be on fire, plus it will feel like heart is gonna jump out, lol....

I knew that Titanium would kick in :) I find fenugreek really gets my libido boosting by week 3, it only gets better!

absolutely-titanium is in full force....did full body again this morning-i increased weight by 5lbs on whole routine, some machines i could have gone higher on-but steady increases i have found to be best for me!!! mood is high although i catch myself being a little short fused at times.

lol-well, just like weighted stairclimbing, full body workouts are great for overall strength and endurance....i usually get my strength after a layoff back pretty fast as far as 1-10 rep sets go, but it's the endurance and overall fitness that takes the longest to get back. that is why i am focusing on enduance and fitness-lots of treadmill time in there also, lol.

Have to agree with that. I've been doing volume training for about 6 weeks and it's fun for a change up plus my joints needed it. I'm getting my endurance back finally. 10 sets of 10 squats and you need it! Deads last night was just plain sick. No really, I almost hurled. LOL

as i get older i find it to be more important to be fit and strong, rather than just strong and lumbering....also been working on flexibility, i love it-work and everyday life seems much easier. don't get me wrong, i still like to put up big numbers...it just isn't my top priority as much as it was when i was younger.titanium/formula-x are really helping me to get me closer to where i want to be....haven't really decided where that is -yet, lol.

it's gone for now...upper body workout in my basement gym then an hour on my treadfmill, lol. i am sure weight will be back up once i am hydrated and fully recovered, lol.

I tried the weighted stairclimbing yesterday :D Loved it! I'm going to do this at least once a week now!
 
did full body workout at the gym-decided to go heavy in the 3-6 rep range- i wanted to test where strength was at....no where near my best, but i was very pleased with the weight i was pushing. considering a few years ago i was 260, and now my weight fluctuates in the 210-220 area, i thought my strength was very good....i think i kind of surprised some of the younger guys, lol.
 
hey jd, what do you think about me upping the dose to 3/3/3- i still have about a 1/4 bottle of titanium left from a few months ago.

lol so right now your doing 2/2 and you wanna try 3/3/3 lol, I would never go that high, I don't think I would ever try over 3/3, if you try it tho let me know if the effects get better or worse.

Let me know how you like it :) I have read a few people on here doing fenugreek at 3g a day.

a bump in libdo, but no mood or strength increase after 2 days of 2/2/2....of course my strength was already up and mood has never been better.

It's too bad DAA gives you a libido drop, because nothing has given me a bigger boost in libido then Formula-X, all tho I would trade the libido boost for the wicked strength increase you get from it:)

sorry for lack of updates, been super busy-but been keeping up my workout routine....strength is back, so is endurance....starting to look and feel good, took a little longer this time to get it back, but i am sure being 53 played a role, lol. libido is still slightly elevated, but sexual performance is up up up!!!! i also note an increase in semen, this is a definate bonus for a guy on trt.

yup...went to the gym today and decided to test my strength, really pleased with how much my strength has improved, making some real progress.
 
i added ntbm transaderm into the stack on thursday, already feeling effects, this is a great stack!!!!!!

That's a he'll of a stack! Glad its working so well for you. I'll be using titanium and erase as the second half of my natty stack. May throw DAA in too. We'll see how the finances are by then. Lol
