Like a meditation mantra, you count the numbers out loud until the specific magic number of reps has been reached. To really have some fun, your training partner stands behind you and starts saying random numbers out loud as you count.

i got some hillbilly mountain man the first time but didnt agree with the description. I got hulk every time after that.
