Pre workout

Is 1mr really as good as it claims or should I go with something else I've been using no xplod for a while but no longer find it affective
 
maximize v2 is one of my favorites, awesome energy, nice pump to go along with it :D

SP maxx, focus xt, and white flood are all solid options as well.....WF watermelon is the tits. and looking forward to trying my samples of fierce

and if you feel like somethimes not as effective, you should think about taking some time off stims in general. cycle off for a couple weeks....could check out hemavol/ultima/pump-bol for stim free pre options
 
would love to try some maximize but unfortunatley my body doesnt mesh with 1-3

I highly rec N2KTS from NTBM or ASGT from LG Sciences.

I think 1mr is like taking meth.. That is the only pre workout that I couldn't handle.. I gave it a way.
 
i thought i was going to have a heart attack when i took 1mr and will never take it again. i hate 1,3 but took a couple tubs of jacked and eventually worked up to 2.5 scoops after just a couple weeks. the crash was the worst though

being that you likeD no xplode... you tried 2.0? ive tried A LOT of pwo's and its by far my favorite, no joke (close 2nd is the original assault)

try taking 3 weeks off if you can (usually 4+ for best results, but i cant go that long haha) to try and reset and give no xplode 2.0 a try if you havent yet.
 
1MR is horrible imo..idk how it gets so many good reviews. My favorite was always superpump 250, or the new NOXplode 2.0 is pretty wicked
 
1MR gave me a pretty intense workout, but i did feel a little sick about halfway through. I think my body just doesn't respond well to that high of stimulant complex.

I've always loved the effects i got from ASGT, but the mixability sucks. My new favorite pre is SAN Fierce. I finished a tub recently and i LOVE the workouts i got off it. Creatine nitrate is the shiiiiittttttt.

1MR is good but it doesn't have 1,3 DMAA in it which I love! I've been using N2AMP lately and it's been going grrrrrrreat. Plus it's in caps so I can just take it as soon as I get in the gym.

1.M.R. does have 1.3 DMAA in it.

I liked the first 2 servings of 1.M.R. then I became incredible tolerant towards it and need to use 3+ scoops... WAY TO EXPENSIVE!

I'm holding a sample packet of 1mr in my hand and dont see DMAA on the label.

I like the idea of caps over powder sometimes.thinking of a little n2amp and n2kts.

yea, if it says "the original" on it, then its the new version without the 1,3, and has those herbal extracts instead, although a lot of people still have the old version in stock.

And I definitely second mike's thoughts on hemavol. Love it by itself, and feel its even better stacked with a sim-based product :)
 
I like N.O. Xplode, one scoop, an animal pak and about 5-8 tablespoons of dextrose. I've found dextrose the most effective pre workout for me, and its dirt cheap

if dextrose works so good for you.. have you tried just increasing your daily carb intake?

I think ForceFactor is pretty awesome, definetly gives me a good pump and more endurance.

SuperPump is also a good pre.

That works too, but I like the immediate energy from dextrose. It also makes it easier for me to use a low dose of caffeine pre-workout, I figure if I want my **** dilated why go and ruin it by loading up on caffeine? Try 5tbs dextrose pre-workout and you'll see what I'm talking about.

heres some educational reading on the topic. They like it post-workout, but I see more benefit pre-workout.
