Too funny, I had a great workout this morning but unfortunately not from the Muscle Marinade, thats okay, I will marinade my muscle another day. ;)

I will start my log up on Thursday, that is my first weight workout after this morning. I will post up a link to the log in here. I may even take a half scoop before cardio tomorrow just to see what it is all about. I hear that will be plenty of stim for cardio.

No i havent. My store got some samples of this flavor. It wasnt that bad, just a lil chemically is all. Works perfect tho, 1/2 serving was way to much for me lol
