I use Xtend now but i'm gonna use the Psyk0 + Wraath Combo. 1 scoop of each. I want to ask if it's needed to put some bulk ajipure bcaa that i have, also.

And how much protein i need in my postwo shaker!

I would put a normal size scoop of protein in your post workout shake.

You dont need any additional aminos, PW is EAA which covers BCAA plus more, and psyko contains a nice amount of Leucine and hydrowhey. The combo together is more than enough for enudrance and recovery needs!!

You should log it if you have time. Id love to see th results from this combo that you get

Should be a killer stack for great pumps and recovery, I love both products but have never stacked the two.

Most times i workout fasted. Do you think that i can take glycergrow with empty stomach? I take also some bcaa's.

I have a tub of wraath on hand. Scheduled to Start using it in October... Just worried that using it will not be considered fasted training (I usually take pills pre workout and have nothin but water otherwise I feel bloated) I'm worried drinking this will make me feel bloated and keep me from
Burning fat and calories... Thoughts? Thanks.

It doesnt make me feel bloated at all, or keep you from burning fat. PW used in this way is part of why it was designed. It doesnt contain any calories or carbs, just aminos.

Well xtend bloated me and made me retain water throughout and after workouts... Thats why I'm worried, and pw has more ingredients.. What exactly could I expect?

I've never heard of it bloating anyone, perhaps you could get some free samples of ours and test this out, see if it does bloat you. The extra ingredients in it are just chemicals, Beta Alanine, that sort of thing. :)
