I use Xtend now but i'm gonna use the Psyk0 + Wraath Combo. 1 scoop of each. I want to ask if it's needed to put some bulk ajipure bcaa that i have, also.
I would put a normal size scoop of protein in your post workout shake.
You dont need any additional aminos, PW is EAA which covers BCAA plus more, and psyko contains a nice amount of Leucine and hydrowhey. The combo together is more than enough for enudrance and recovery needs!!

It doesnt make me feel bloated at all, or keep you from burning fat. PW used in this way is part of why it was designed. It doesnt contain any calories or carbs, just aminos.

I've never heard of it bloating anyone, perhaps you could get some free samples of ours and test this out, see if it does bloat you. The extra ingredients in it are just chemicals, Beta Alanine, that sort of thing.
