I was actually feeling like a walking zombie from lack of sleep but it was fun to workout and pass out samples at the gym tonight. I hope I can pick things up as this is my official return to bring the log up to date. I have time now to update and do measurements but cannot seem to find the tape to do so
Anyway I'll be doing weighted pull us and weighted dis tonight for the challenge. I have my Formula X and took 2 servings in my Appnut bottle and will be taking four servings in my 1 gallon bottle tonight for work. The taste is good, they did a fantastic job masking the bcaa taste, you can still taste it but its not bad at all.
