Best or most positive reviewed creatine?

Here's what I've taken so far and my thoughts on them........

Creatine monohydrate various manufactures: determined after switching to Controlled Labs green bulge I'm a non-responder to mono.
Green Bulge: Not a fan of pill form but this was the first product I saw a difference from.
Kre-Alk: Better than mono, but not on par with green bulge.
Green Magnitude: My goto creatine atm both in price, flavor, and effects.
C-Bol: Love the pumps and workouts with it, felt this was the most effective of all except it just too big of a hassle with six pills before and six after.

that being said I'm looking for a change, mono is kind of out of the question for me so.... was thinking about muscle pharm's creatine blend or something similar to c-bol except in powder form.

100% pure micronized creatine monohydrate

I wish since bulk mono is so cheap, but mono doesn't work for me though. Also anyone have any input on the new study that found taking 4-6g of creatine before and after training was more beneficial than taking only the standard 5g ED?

apparently I need 50 posts for a link so just take out the spaces (nc bi. nlm. nih. gov / pubmed / 21512399)

It compares a group taking creatine 2x per week vs 3x per week and saying their results are not significantly different. Neither group is reaching constant saturation levels, so that cannot be correlated to someone taking it every day.

Id have to see if the full text compared the two, but according to the abstract they did not.

It is a good study that shows you dont need to take creatine every day to get results, but it does not mean that taking creatine a few times per week = same results as taking creatine every day.

Youd need a pretty long study to truly determine that

CN is a different animal than regular creatine. CN is primarily for pumps. I am also a creatine non-responder. However, I have found that CRE-02 works fairly well. It is enteric coated so there is no bloat or cramps. I have been noticing moderate strength increases from this product.

I cramp big time on mono. It also causes me to have to urinate more frequently.

I really like neovar and creatine pyruvate. Those ones I can actually feel a difference on.

Creatine Mono and Micronized Creatine Mono are significantly different. If you are a non responder to regular mono your body might not absorb it very well. Think about when you put regular creatine mono in a glass and mix it up. The majority of the creatine after a short amount of time sinks to the bottom without dissolving. That's pretty much what it will do in your body. Micronized Mono is supposed to have a much higher absorbtion rate due to the fact that is has been broken down into smaller, more absorbable particles. I would say give micro mono a shot before you completely rule it out. If that doesn't work out for you I would suggest possibly trying Creatine Gluconate. Good luck with whatever you choose!

This guy has a good point. If theres any mono powder in your drink, the bloat sucks and it gives me the runs. However, I find that useing hot water to melt the creatine works good. From my experience, creatine ethyl ester jucks, and may even be unealthy, while mono and dicreatine malate both seem to work. Its really hard to compare them though because there are so many factors involved.

My favorite creatines have been Green Mag, Neovar, and C-Bol. Each has respectively unique qualities that make it worth going the designer route for. I have heard Green Bulge is a very solid product as well that I can't wait to try.

Magnesium Creatine Chelate is a good option. You can find it standalone (SNS) or in blends like Green Mag.

I forgot about trinitine that is a good one. Sometimes I actually pop one or two caps with my neovar dose just because I like to experiment lol. But it makes for a great sprint workout.

I enjoy Creatine Magnapower Magnesium Creatine Chelate.

Never tried mono but I respond well to CEE and if you want something that'll give endurance without any bloat then I found MAN Clout to be pretty sweet if not a bit expensive.

if you want, bb.com has buy 2 get 1 on green buldge, FYI.

so I'm thinking I'll probably give the micro creatine a shot running 5g before and after workouts and 5g in morning and 5g at night on rest days. Along with this I'm going to run APS Creatine Nitrate and APS mesomorph on workout days. I know it will be hard to tell if there's an effect from the micro because of this but I should have enough micro after the APS stuff to see how it effects me. Any thoughts?
