string cheese when leaning out... good idea?

I just discovered a carb free string mozarella cheese with 8grms protein. Its pretty tasty. Is it a lean food? Or is there some chemical/ingredient in it that would make someone leaning out stay away from it? Also its 3.5 fat and 2.5 sat is it to be used in a healthy fat/protein meal?
 
It should be totally fine as long as it fits into your macros of your diet. Remember the sodium it has as well...a friend of mine is a wnbf/Nga pro and he has stopped eating as much meat. He relied a lot on string cheese during his contest diet and he comes in shredded so I think it's safe to say NO PROB ;)
 
I go through two or three bags a week with me and the wife. We both are doing keto and it works great for us. Like said above, if it fits your requirements, have at it.
 
Your definitely good to go with the string cheese.
