Critique my PCT and do I NEED an AI ?

PCT- Toremifene,HcGenerate, SNS DAA, AI's Post Cycle Support

Toremifene
120mg days 1-3/4
90mg days 4-14
60mg days 15-21
30mg days 22-28


Is this not legit? I keep getting told that I need to add Formestane/Forma-stanzol to my PCT but why would I need to use an AI if Im not suffering from gyno or getting to much bloat? If anything AI would be detrimental. And why Formestane and not lets say Letro? Also Suppress C? Do i really need it for a H-Drol/Epistane cycle? any information would be good. thanks.

SNS DAA is a good choice. You can use an AI for pct, but maybe go for one that isn't steroidal or one that doesn't potentially possess androgenic/anabolic activity. letro should work. Suppress-C could be included in pct or any time really. on-cycle is where steroidal AI's come in handy like formestane/inhibit-e.
 
letro will get rid of all of the estrogen in your body. Formastanzol will keep it down at a low manageable level. It will not KILL your joints and lidbido, and effect muscle growth. You need some estrogen to grow so the letro should on be kept on hand incase of a gyno flare up. If you havent bought the AI post cycle you could easily do without it, replace it with the Forma stanzol.

that will be a great PCT and should have you back in no time.
 
Some people run an ai overlapping the last week of their nolva/clomid/torem and then taper it down over the next couple weeks since estrogen can sometimes still be high when coming off a serm
 
serms raise estrogen serum levels, they block estrogen while you on but once you come off you need to stay on a low dose AI to avoid any estrogen rebound.

Would overlapping the last week of say, Toremifene, with an AI (in this case AX aPCT) @ maximum dosage (3 caps), then taper down the AI for the next two weeks be ok?

Have a bottle of AX aPCT, thinking of running 3 caps (recommended by manufacturer) each day on the last week of my Toremifene, then the following week I would take only 2 caps, then the week after 1 cap.

And when would be the best time to add D-AA? 2nd week of Toremifene?
 
I have no idea what product your talking about but just make sure your on a low dose AI for 2wks after the serm ends. Start your AI day 14 of pct and run it to day 45 of pct.

The DAA can be added from day 1 - 21 of pct. People use it differently.

You mean low dose AI @ 2 weeks into the SERM?

I'm gonna use Inhibit-E @ 1 cap everyday, no more than that.
