I'm currently 2.5 weeks into my run with anabeta. I started it right after a 8-9 week summer recomp using fadogia, testofen, divanex and erase. I've been using anabeta at 4 caps daily dosing at 1 cap with breakfast, 1 cap preworkout, 1 cap post workout and 1 cap with evening meal. I am also finishing out the rest of my Erase from the summer recomp using 1 cap daily upon waking up. Other than the increased thirst I didn't really feel any of the most commonly experienced effects of anabeta such as the increased hunger, increased body temperature, better pumps, etc. Being that I am 175lbs I assumed 4 caps per day was more than enough for my size and I was thinking that I might be a non-responder to this particular compound. But I read that some people were dosing slightly higher at 5-6 per day and so today I decided to up the dose to 5-6 caps using 1 cap with breakfast, 2 caps preworkout, 2 caps post workout, and maybe 1 with my evening meal. at this point I have taken 5 caps for today and now am feeling a much greater increase in thirst as well as increased body temp, and my stomach seems to emptying faster as i have noticed that it gets flat relatively quickly after my meals and I feel as if I could eat again. My workout today was great. Increased pumps, better stamina, slight increase in strength and all my joints felt loose and fluid. Being on 5 caps of anabeta + 1 erase today was better than the best day I had on my summer recomp stack. Now that I have adjusted the dosage for myself accordingly, I am finding it to be quite impressive.
However I wanted to ask if it was safe to keep the dosage at 5-6 per day for the rest of my run? My plan is to run anabeta for 12 weeks. Also for anyone who thinks they don't feel it perhaps they should up the dose for a few days to see if it makes any difference. Increasing by 1 cap seems to have made a world of difference for me.
