My father and his brother have a history of heart disease (both were very overweight when their heart attacks occurred). Im very active and have been lifting for 6 years consistently, very clean diet for the most part. I have always had perfect blood pressure and below normal cholesterol levels/ no health problems (Not allergic to anything, etc). I'm putting together a heart support stack that I will continually use for as long as I can, using these:
Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherols (800iu/day)
CoQ10 (200mg/day)
Folic Acid (800iu/day)
B-12 Tabs (1000mcg/day in morning)
Vitamin D-3 (4000-6000iu per day)
Vitamin C (2g per day)
Vitamin B-1 (100mg/day)
Garlic (2g per day)
Calcium/Magnesium Asperate (250mg C and 125mg M per day)
Fish Oil 4g per day
Multivitamin
Do the doses look on point? ost doses will be split in half and taken morning and night
