Hi guys
I am currently cycling Mod grf 1-29 together with Ghrp-6 and frag HGH. I know there is a lot of speculation regarding the effects of frag HGH, but I have some friends who have successful results with the combination. This made me quite interested especially since they are pretty dumb when it come to dieting and AAS (they are practically "shooting" it like drugs), but never the less they are still getting good results with peptides of AAS cycles.
My main goal by this thread is to get some feedback from the people here at AM.
I am not doing any roids. My goals is to get better recovery between workout, reduce bf and hopefully adding some leanmuclemass.
The diet regime I am currently following is 40% karbs and protein and 20 % fat, with a total intake of 3200 calories. I weigh about 187 lbs (85 kg) with about 14 % bf. Starting next week I am reducing the daily intake of karbs with 20 % D1 and follow it for a week. If I lose to much weight (+ 0.5-1 kg) the thought is to add % karbs.
Strength training 4 days (push/pull split) and an mix of low and high intensity cardio 2 days on 1 off...
Peptide protocol:
Week 1: mod grf 40 mcg x 3, ghrp6 50 mcg x3 and frag hgh 60 mcg x2
Week 2: mod grf 80 mcg x 3, ghrp6 75 mcg x3 and frag hgh 100 mcg x2
Week 3-X: mod grf 100 mcg x 3, ghrp6 100 mcg x3 and frag hgh 120 mcg x2
grf+ghrp6+frag the minute i awake in the morning followed by some proteins (mainly bcaas) and cardo
grf+ghrp6 pwo and proteins
grf+ghrp6+frag 2 before bed, about 2 hours after last meal.
The idea by using this protocol is to raise level of GH previous of cardio to benefit form its fat burn abilities. By adding it pwo (strength) hopefully benefit from its anabolic values.
The idea is built on different searches on the web and hopefully its not to wrong, but please correct me..
