hey bros
realistically how much mass do you gain on a PH cycle of say superdol/epistane and how much or what percentage do you lose after the cycle if you have nolva and hcgenerate as your pct whilst keeping your protein up etc etc
50-80% is what most ppl keep long term
id say 50% ish mass 60%+ strength but than you go back on and youre where you left off within a week or two IME
does it not look pretty obvious to people your taking something? if your inflating and deflating lol and does it not work out that you dont gain much more than you would just training well by the time youve lost half your gains
haha yeah, well its not like you go from a grape to a prune. Ive been called out numerous timesdoes it not look pretty obvious to people your taking something? if your inflating and deflating lol and does it not work out that you dont gain much more than you would just training well by the time youve lost half your gains
some to both there. its not super obvious for you to go up 10lbs and then back down 5. If you gain much more than that on a cycle of orals, theres a lot of fat added too so if you got to 25lbs on superdrol, probably 10 of it would be fat anyway (which yay, fat is easy to keep after a cycle). So its not really that noticeable.
And most of the time, the difference between running a cycle and just doing naturally but really consistently with good diet is somewhat minor. Figure a 4 week cycle, 4 week pct, 8 weeks off is 4 months. Even if you gain 8 lean pounds in that 4 months, its not totally out of line to gain 2lbs a month naturally anyhow.

im not saying your wrong btw im just wondering why people do prohormones if they would gain the same amount of muscle per year naturally
Wish more people would read this and realize that it is dead on. steroids are different b/c of cycle length.I'll just ask the contrarian questionIf it was easy to keep 7lbs on a cycle, at 3 a year that's 21lbs. Why aren't there a lot of ripped guys weighing over 220 around ? Even starting at 170 you should reach that in under 3 years right ?
Even with injectibles, once you come off, life gets in the way ....
Thats true, but its still easier to keep than mass from PHs where your just stacking on massive amounts of size in a short time.

That's why you don't see a bunch of 220lb people walking around shredded as ****.
