B12 before gym?

i personally like mega-dosing b-12, usually only do it when im going stim-free, but i would suggest trying it out and see how it works for you :D
 
B-12 is great for energy & appetite (digestion aid).

Any vegetarians should supplement with B-12, as B12 isn't found in any plant sources, mostly from red meats, fish, etc.
