AnaBeta FAQ - Ask Away

Thanks, Rosie. I was pretty lazy with that post lol. I did end up reading through the FAQ and through some of the logs, seems great.

No worries :) Always pays to take a quick look around, especially on the company website and/or in the subforum of any company whose products you want to know more about or see feedback on, since they sometimes have a "Log Link" thread on said product.

I've got an easy question for PES. Can women use Anabeta and Erase? If so will Anabeta or Erase effect birth control like an IUD or others?

From what I've seen AnaBeta seems to be really hit or miss in females. Rosie loves it, but I recall seeing another female user who was disappointed.

We generally recommend that women shouldn't use Erase.

Women shouldnt use Erase.

AnaBeta could be used by women if the woman understands what increasing an anabolic state in their body does

Cant say about the birth control...not worth the risk

AnaBeta is fine for women to use. Erase is not recommended for women to use - it acts as an AI, and if a female is not knowledgeable on such products, and is not aware of all the ins and outs, then I recommend that she stays away from it and all products not of a staple nature. I can't give personal comment re effects of both products on birth control, but I speculate based on my experiences with the products that both could potentially affect it, albeit not always in the way one might think.

If you are asking for your wife, then as I mentioned in your thread in the Female Fitness subforum, she needs to focus on one specific goal - fat loss or cycling performance. Once she has done that, after she has sorted her nutrition and training towards her goals, has done that for a few weeks with the basic staples, then perhaps she can look at other products to assist her. Remember that supplements should just SUPPLEMENT the base factors re progress.

You have no idea how many people have just decided to bump their run up to 12 weeks long lol.

As always thanks again Rosie. I think she is going to focus on having fun and getting bringing up the watts this summer. We will see how real that is. She is already fast but as always faster would be nice. She is always trying to impress others and its hard for her to hold back. I guess I'm the same way and the "do as I say not as I do" doesn't work for her.

Looking forward to using ana beta probably in december/january. Just like to plan things out to fit goals. I will be going for a lean bulk starting sept and lasting until april. (looking to gain only 20 lbs max) currently 155lbs. 5'7. Question would be- is AB similar to anabolic pump? I would take it with meals 3-4 a day. But im wondering if It would be ok to stack with tropinol by Iforce which is what i plan to take in jan/feb at the peak of my bulk?

thanks fellas

ps- just finished up 8 weeks of erase- best 8 weeks of my life!

No worries :) "Having fun" and "improving performance for racing" are not really synonymous, LOL. If she wants to get faster, then make sure she trains for it. I recommend looking at Jon Ackland's The Power to Perform - I used to use his road programmes in the road season, and I always performed as I wanted. There is a time for everything in a training programme - being the best or fastest all the time is not going to happen and she shouldn't let it bother her if she's not always in the best form.

No, AnaBeta is not similar to Anabolic Pump - I recommend that you read the Invalid Link Removed. Yes, you can stack AnaBeta with Tropinol.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed Erase - I LOVE that product!

~Rosie~

Thank you for the link, I have read it a couple times lol, I guess I'm just curious what category of goals it would fall under. I use An pump to basically keep food anabolic and not have it stored as fat. Will Ana beta do that? Thanks

AnaBeta is a natural anabolic. However, it could be used in the pursuit of ANY body goal - gains, recomp, or fat loss.

Although an insulin mimic and can help re lean gains, recomp, or fat loss, Anabolic Pump does not "keep food anabolic and not have it stored as fat" - nothing will do that if you're eating far too much for your goals, especially if wanting fat loss. Just remember, that whilst they can help, supplements are NOT the primary factor in the achievement of any body goal - that is nutrition and training.

Im want to run ANABETA + phreak.. Will that be ok?

You could stack AnaBeta with Phreak, yes. AnaBeta would be better utilized during your Phreak PCT though. I'll let Josh comment further if he wants to.

I wanna ask about taking it before bed with and without food.
if this is beneficial at all on non workout days?

has anyone experience with above?

Lots of feedback on pre bed dosing.

Some report waking up looking leaner in the morning, some say they have an inability to sleep and have to take it earlier in the day, others say it doesn't interrupt sleep and they get vivid dreams and others have nothing to report. This will apply to both workout days and non workout days.

Pre bed dosing makes no difference for me, I can sleep ok with it.

I hope this helps. :)

Great thanks

No worries :)

Yes, yes, and yes. I often use insulin mimics or products with such effects pre-bed, with and without food - it definitely helps me, especially since I often eat not too long before or just before I go to bed, usually high-high calorie and carbohydrate meals, and such products ensure no water retention (or minimal. if any) and not feeling uncomfortable the next day. Not everyone can use products with nutrient repartitioning effects pre-bed though, or, if they do, cannot do it on an empty stomach - you just have to try for yourself and see whether or not it is for you.

I'm not sure where I went wrong. I was feeling great then I added Erase and Anabeta 1x3 a day and my energy took a very hard dive. 18 miles into a 25 mile ride and I would start to wonder if I would even make it home. Is this dose too much? Any advice?

Added Erase or added Erase and AnaBeta simultaneously?

I added both at the same time and I take them 1 to 1 at the same time.

AnaBeta has dramatically improve endurance according to some logs. I have never heard it about Erase but it would seem unlikely. No ideas I am afraid.

can I stack with assualt?

Yes, they are very different products and have no known overlap or contraindication.

That helps a little. I'll cut out Erase for a couple weeks then add it back at 1 cap a day and see what happens.

That sounds like the most logical plan. Please let us know how it goes.

You are correct. It is not an insulin mimetic and it can be taken with those products

Some will tell you that the glycogen storage properites of AnaBeta are so strong that you wont notice anything from a insulin mimetic

I added both at the same time and I take them 1 to 1 at the same time.

It's possible that you are extremely sensitive to the nutrient repartitioning effects of AnaBeta and have to eat it around or with meals to prevent or manage any possible lethargy that might be experienced when using the product.

It's also possible that somehow your cortisol levels are too low, which can cause lethargy.

can I stack with assualt?

Absolutely! I do :)

No, AnaBeta is NOT an insulin mimic - I never said that is was (if you go back over my replies you will note this). AnaBeta is ok to use with things like Anabolic Pump, SLIN, etc. (again, I never said that it was not). You asked: "I wanna ask about taking it before bed with and without food. if this is beneficial at all on non workout days? has anyone experience with above?" and I replied.

I think I over did it with the Erase. I quite taking it on days I ride and only 1 cap on days I don't ride but I'm still taking the Anabeta 2-3 caps every day. I feel a lot better.

Great news, thanks for updating us!

Perfect. Any reason you are not moving to 4 caps AnaBeta?

Would love the feedback on endurance and performance on the bike with AnaBeta if you have noticed anything

I will start now and try it. I have been doing max power tests on a indoor trainer 13 minute max efforts for MST products . I did one just before I started Anabeta for a close base line but have been only taking 2-3 caps. The test starts after a 10 minute warm up so this would be into it 11-23 minutes of cardio. My goal for next year is to break 400 for 13 minutes.

Base line power stats in the link below (Without Anabeta).

Could I stack AnaBeta with Erase AND Alpha-T2?

Has it been done before?

I'm pretty sure you can. I'm running PCT now and I'm using AnaBeta, Pct Black (which has 50mg of erase's ingredient), and running Shred Matrix.
You should be okay. What are your concerns? I.E. High blood pressure? etc?

Side effects are my concern...

Alpha-T2 is a mild stimulant and fat burner;
Erase inhibits estrogen, raising natural test;

I'm not quite clear what Anabeta does? A non-steroid anabolic?

Yup. It aids the body in building muscles. I like it. It reminds me Anabolic Pump and Prime. I was a responder to both. Basically, the only way I can explain it, is it makes me feel like all my food is going to building muscles. Makes me kinda heated, but not like a thermogenic. More like it enhances the thermogenic effect of food.

Sweet. I am liking the fact there is no downtime/PCT, unlike Alpha and Erase !

Technically theres no PCT required for our other products either, we just typically recommend cycling off any ergogenic supplement after around 8 weeks, Anabeta included.

I suppose Anabeta could be run for 12 weeks if someone really wanted to, but I'm not sure if gains cease after so long.

Yes, you can stack AnaBeta with Erase and Alpha-T2. Yes, it has been done before - I am one of many who has done this (done it twice so far). I do recommend however, that if you have never used one or more of these products, that you use them either standalone first or stagger your starts of each, so that you know what effects each gives you.

Alpha-T2 is a thyroid booster with mild stimulant properties that helps with thermogenesis and can aid in fat loss.

Erase is a natural Testosterone booster with AI properties that helps control cortisol.

AnaBeta is a natural anabolic - for more information on it, review the Invalid Link Removed.

Cheers Rosie :)

I've been on Alpha and Erase for over a week now with no side effects (i've upped to 4 Erase and no joint issues). I understand that AnaBeta may massively increase appetite - however similarly, Alpha may suppress the worst of it?

Quite excited about stacking AnaBeta with these now...

I am very susceptible to appetite changes with these two supplements. A couple of capsules of AT2 prior to training and I can't eat for a couple of hours afterwards. AnaBeta makes my appetite insane, especially when I first started it.

I haven't noticed any appetite suppression with Alpha so far actually. But I am on a slight calorie deficit since im cutting/leaning.
