Vegetable Greens Supplement

Yeah those would be extra goodies, I am mainly just wanting to get my greens in so I can activate the cascades of enzymes that occur when taking in greens like spirulina and such. Spirulina has really caught my interest as a natural health supplement.

Tasks like shat though. A good shake is strawberries with natural coconut milk and spirulina+barley grass

I think both Fightback and I agree, if it tastes good it's probably not good enough for you! If your main goal is nutrition, the plethora of other goodies in the greens powders are worth it. Besides, I shoot the 8oz in 10 seconds, not bad at all. I even add in some ALCAR/PLCAR/LCLT and Toco-8 for an even better boost. Love my carnitine, I can feel it when I don't take it!

I recently bought my first tub of greens. I purchased green vibrance through amazon. It definitely isn't impressive in the taste department, but it has a super ingredient list. I mix mine with a bit of v8 juice and it's tolerable. I would love to try the oximega greens also. I was thinking about using in conjunction with each other. Maybe switch between them each day or use one in the morning and one at night to spread out the greatness.

That's what I do, Green Vibrance at noon, and Oximega in the evening for dessert in a protein shake.

Nice. Although I cut out whey and dairy. Paleo strict...

Maybe pea/genus protein? Oximega is fine alone too, kinda like a mint tea.

What is your main source of protein?

I hope its not soy :P

Grass fed steak,free range chicken,venison,eggs,turkey,salmon

I eat any lean source for breakfast. I had dairy yesterday and felt so tired after it. Sugars in it killed me...
Soy, the worst thing for men and athletes
