Oh yeah bro it is. Today was my birthday and I had took vacation this week. However the last few days and tomorrow I'm covered with moving into my new house. I've been packing and moving freaking 10 hrs a day, in Alabama's 98 degree 107 real feel temps. I've had to go up stairs down stairs, so I'm getting a good cardio and leg workout lol. I'm going back to gym this weekend. I'm interested in what my parent's got me as my Mom said it will be delivered at our new house today. She know's this house has a gym room I'm planning on buying gym equipment, so I'm just wondering what's up her sleeves. Anyway thanks for checking in will halla back tomorrow. I'm still taking the Androlean and still loving every minute of it.
 
Moving sucks big. I moved to NC about four years ago in August and just stepping out side was a workout, so I feel your pain. Glad everything is well.
 
I got all the furniture in today which required upstairs down hill, down stars, up hills, I sweated about 6lbs off, but made sure to hydrate. My legs are sore along with my back which never gives me problems.

Would love to have my own home gym, I wouldn't need much just a platform about 500kilos of Eleiko bumper plates and a couple of Eleiko bars along with a bench and a squat stand. Of course that alone would cost thousands...

Oh heck yeah bro!! Today good day, except for my right shoulder hurting like hell, and my right side stinging from test cyp shots. I believe my wife pin little to the left. Didn't hurt the day she did it, nor the next day but afterwards the skin around area is swollen with tighttness. My other side did this and went way after 3 days. I'm trying to monitor it but hell first time and all, I'm not sure what to look for. I'm going to my doctor tomorrow and will ask him to check it out.

Still feeling the surge of androlean, and looking forward to my pct run of Phytoserms 347, Anabeta, and fat burner combo of Slinslot and combustion.

Today went to Dr for shoulder and hell get a painfull shot then some antibiotics for the infection on my right side from test cyp inj ouch!! Anyway cardio day with 1.5 hr of softall again in ALABAMA HEAT HELPPPPPPPP lol
 
My god it's damn hot where I'm at now... (Japan) Rainy season. imagine it raining like hell, but being muggy the whole time.
 
Hey for example today temp 95 real feel 102 humdity 100 % then all of a sudden a mosoon comes for about 10 minutes of heavy rain, then bam Sun shine like it never rained. You could see freaking steam rising from the parking lot of our building I work in. I cutt grass today at work with another co worker. Both of us on riding mowers and both of us were soaking wet from sweat. I want to move up North so bad, you just don't know.

We had that here last week; thunderstorm for 20 minutes followed by clear skies. It felt like a damn steam room outside for the rest of the day. At some point, I definitely would like to get out of Texas just to experience some weather other than blazing heat for 90% of the year.

dang...that's rough... I work in an office in this weather.. they don't turn on the AC, and if they do... they use 28 degrees celcius which is still damn hot... I'm sitting here at my desk sweating.
 
Dude if you go north you have to deal with snow and that fugging blows!! Glad im down in the dirty south.
 
I LOVE cold weather.

I love cold weather too Rodja, what I dont like is shoveling 3ft of snow out of my driveway or scraping 2 inch thick sheets of ice off my car windows that sucks! I'm originally from up-state NY where the snow comes down around a foot per hr. Man that gets old.
 
Finally got every thing pretty much unpacked. Still some work to do, but most is out of the way. Played softball torney last Friday night that lasted from 7 pm till we got put out at 3:15 a.m. Woke up around 12 this afternoon! I thought I wouldn't feel to good to hit the gym, but all of a sudden it was go time. Today was one of the best chest/tri's workout I've had in awhile. I wanted to switch back to my older days and do bench press of 8,6,4,2 x 2 Tomorrow will be my last dose of Androlean, and without a doubt, if I hadn't loss the hard the results would have been ever better. I will say PP's Androseries is well reseached, designed, and packs one heck of a punch. My over all feeling in the gym is at it's best in years.

Thats is awesome to hear Packers. The Androseries is definatly the biggest breakthrough in the supp biz/ph catagory ive seen in a long time.
 
I hate cold weather, I use to think I liked it because I was tired of the heat then I lived on the east coast for awhile and the **** got old quick.

Shoulder is feeling great bro! Thanks. I'm actually doing my last day tomorrow of Androlean with shoulders as final. Then I'm going to run combustion with Slinshot and Anabeta. Then after couple of months I'm going to do androhard with lean again and this time I won't lose it lol.
 
Last day with androlean, and felt amazing. My agression hasn't tapered and I find myself feeling alert and more energized. I will have to say androlean is very well designed and I'm very pleased. I've notice both strength and def in my arms and shoulders. I know that if I hadn't lost my hard during week 2, the results would have been more intense. I will be running the hard and lean this time without losing it lol in a few months. PP continues to develop remakable products and now I'd like to see a fat burner that will rival all others!!!!

Behind-neck pulldowns: warm up 70lbs x 10 90lbs x 8,8,8

seated alt db presses: 50lbs x 8,8,8,8

standing laterial db raises: 15lbs x 10,10,10

straight bar upright rows bar x 10,10,10,10

lat machine pulldowns: warm up 135lbs x 10 150lbs x 8,8,8

Well I seen this a lot bro, but when I use to bench 350 and was 170lb I did these without every pulling a muscle. I started having some very nice traps due to this exercise, and I always made sure not to jerk the bar down. I try to stick to a nice controlled form. I see the bad side of it, just never felt it since I do them fairley easy. What would be an alternative to them?
 
I've battled shoulder issues for years and behind the neck exacerbate them horribly.

A better option for mid trap work would be facepulls or scarecrows.
 
Ok you got to explain both of those to me or link me to video lol I've never seen either. I know Goldberg use to do these lol and sucker had huge traps. Like I said my traps and shoulder have never hurt from these but have on shoulder presses from time to time.
 
I actually do both movements seated (no back support) and concentrate on the technique. These are not power movements...
 
One tip for facepulls is to keep our scapula retracted throughout the motion. Also, go for higher reps on them.
