So, I've been taking Muscle Milk Light at night, mixed with milk, right before bed. It's been good to me and tastes fantastic. (Cookies n' Cream ftw!) But I'm looking for a new protein blend to take before bed that will give me the calories, too. Just taking casein isn't really the calories I'm looking for, and I can't sleep worth a damn when I have a meal right before I sleep. So something I can mix with milk, get a solid 30g and has a good calorie count is ideal.
