Trenazone - Customs Letter??? WTH!

So I ordered my Trenazone form Amazon.com (was just easier).

I get the package today and there is a SEAL on it that says:
USPS Customs Declaration

Then it Says "Trenazone: Category: Vitamin"

Then it has a signature from someone in customs saying that the "undersigned certify that the particulars given in thios declaration are correct and that this item does not contain articles, or articles prohibited by legisdlation or USPS or customs"

Ummmm I bought this domestically. WTH

I would imagine they specifically picked amazon to screen, since amazon is a huge company who does a large amount of volume of this type of stuff.

It sounds like a disclaimer that the company put on to state that it is legal. I'm sure the product was sold through a z-store that is affiliated with amazon and not amazon itself. Most of the health and wellness products are sold like that, and if that's the case, it makes perfect sense for a smaller(or large) company to cover its booty like that.
