got some good results staying natty (sort of) for the last 6 months, dropped a good 20+lbs (thanks clen!!) 247 @ 21% to 220 @ 15% (6 point pinch) so i lost a bit of muscle but also fat. looking to clean it up a bit and tighten up some. Long term goal is 205-210 10% stable, walking around weight. I compete @ 205, trying to keep the last week weight cut to a minimum.
4 weeks + 4 weeks looking at running:
1 AH/AL 3x2 IBE Epi 30
2 AH/AL 3x2 IBE Epi 30
3 AH/AL 3x2 IBE Epi 30
4 AH/AL 3x2 IBE Epi 30
5 TRS + Clomid 100/100/100 then 70
6 TRS + Clomid 50 + Erase 3x
7 TRS + Clomid 50 + Erase 3x
8 TRS + Clomid 50 + Erase 3x
AI cycle support
fish oil taken at same time as EPI
creatine in pct
PreWo is Jacked3d/Cardioforce/Rhino rotated depending on HIIT or technique days.
Questions to be answered:
Should the Epi be taken at different times than the AH/AL?
Is the erase needed?
Should i throw in some DAA?
How would you change this stack?
