New natty stack.. Opinions?

I was gonna run a cycle, but decided to stay natty for a few more months. How does this stack sound to you guys!?

I'll be buying 2 bottles of each so I can run it all for 8 weeks. I'll be following the dosages as per instructions.

ALCAR
LCLT
DAA

and maybe soemthing like Erase. This is my plan in the coming weeks minus the Erase, why? Not enough money. The Carnitines combined with the T-boosting of DAA and Anti-E/Anti-Cort properties of Erase should work pretty good for a decent recomp. 50 days for about $130 isn't bad either. Shouldn't miss the BA too much.

I think thats overkill. If youre using stimulants, drop PLCAR IMO. And dont use ALCAR unless you want the mental health benefits. LCLT would be nice with that stack though.

Why drop the PLCAR is you're using stimulants? I personally don't use stims so I have no worries, just in for some info here. Starting next week I'll be running basically the same exact stack minus the DAA, but inluding Omega ULTIMA (training days), Creapure off days and PP Beta Alanine...MAP, Beverly Liver Tabs, and PES Shift.

Looking for a good recomp on this while increasing strength.

PLCAR seems to give me a nice stim-free energy and ergogenic boost. Stimulants can do all of that but better. PLCAR is a fantastic option when cycling off stims though. Great choice on Ultima, creatine, and BA. Can you link me to the profile of MAP? And shift is good as well. Not a fan of liver tabs though.
 
No, I dose 2 scoops. Maybe I'll drop the xtend and go with purple wraath, it also has BA, and is the same price as xtend.

What do you think?

Mono should be almost as good as green mag, it lacks the tyrosine and malate though.

Just buy bulk BA. You're still gonna need it for off days. It's dirt cheap.

Here is the profile for MAP...haven't seen a bad review for it since it's been out. Only complain is it can get pricey. Fortunately PP has a 72 hour 33% off EVERYTHING sale coming up starting 6/27 I believe.

I've never used the Liver Tabs...any reason in particular you are not a fan?

Food or BCAAs can do everything Livertabs can do and more.

Wow, a straight peptopro product, thats nice. I would only use that intraworkout though, otherwise it's not worth the $$.

It depends on the individual. Everyone has their favorite source/type of Creatine. Creapure is simply 99% pure Creatine Monohydrate. It isn't Creapure brand if it's not listed as Creapure on the label. Another favorite type of Creatine for me personally is Magnesium Creatine Chelate...drink that stuff directly after workout w/ 2 glasses of water, eat 30-45 min later and I honestly can't remember having a pump like that in my life. AWEEESOOOME!

Yeah I hear you on the food > liver tabs deal...but while trying to drop off a couple pounds I figure they might not be the worst thing to use during the day to try to keep amino levels as high as I can.

I was thinking of using the Peptopro 2 scoops directly after workouts with about 10g of BCAA on top of it. I have LG's BCAA and a tub of Modern BCAA by USP labs to use intraworkout at the moment.

I avoid stims like the plague usually. 1,3 I can tolerate at low doses if I'm just doing cardio but not weights. Used ALCAR instead of something like sulbutimine or picamillon because of additional benefits. (kept cost in mind)

If you're looking for a "between meals" product that staves off the refractory period, use BCAAs (3.5g Leu). It would be a waste to take peptopro postworkout with BCAAs. Both will maximize MPS, its redundant. Trust me, take the peptopro intraworkout and the modern BCAAs post. The BCAAs are 8:1:1 so you're gonna want the non-leucine BCAAs to be circulating prior to ingestion.

Hmm...so the Modern BCAA have 10g total in one serving...would you stick to one serving as post workout with maybe a banana (the only post workout carbs I'm comfortable w/ at the moment, with whole food meal 45 min or so later) or bump up to two servings? Or, in your opinion, would that be a waste?

I think 1 scoop of Modern BCAA by itself followed by a whole foods meal a little later is perfect.
 
So is nutra's CM a good choice? I may go with that...

Just give it a try man, mostly likely you'll be good to go. Just buy one though, and then give one a go of the Creapure (it's only a couple more dollars if that...) and see what you like. Try the MCC on time too, I really liked it. You just have to experiment.

As far as dosing...5g pre and 5g post would be considered a "creatine load"...and it's debated on whether or not it's really needed or beneficial. If you take 10g a day for 10 days and then 3-5g per day thereafter, your muscles should reach saturation faster....it's really up to you. I'm a 5g per day kind of guy. Pre or post doesn't really matter. Just do yourself and your kidneys a favor and don't take 10g/day for more than 10 days....it's NOT needed. Drink up on that water too...

Picamilon+alcar Is an outstanding non stim stack for enhanced performance! I use that stack a lot!!

That is going to be one hell of an amazing stack, I would even add Erase into the mix.

Looks good to me. Pick up some beta-alanine as well.

Agreed! Beta-Alanine is one of my favorite supplements, great effects for very cheap.

Actually, you wont get enough BA from white flood unless dosing 3 scoops. Are you doing that?

Many pre-workouts have very underdosed Beta-Alanine.........and pretty much every other ingredient besides caffeine lol

I'll probably go with NP's bulk BA then. Sip it intra workout with my bcaa's??


And thanks for the input judgementday. I'd love to include erase however it would start becoming too much $$$
