yoo fellas, just a quick couple of questions, can I add Shift to the Triple Crown stack? Does this doage look ok?
Morning: 1 Erase, 2 AT2, 1 Titanium
Afternoon/preworkout: 1 Erase, 1 AT2, 1 Titanium, 1 Shift
Evening/before bed: 1 Erase, 2 Shift
I have two bottles of each so i wanna run the full 8 weeks, i have experience with erase and at2, ran it for 4 weeks, LOVED IT, and have been off for 3 weeks.
Weights and cardio are 3-4 per week. Diet: high protein low carb medium fats
Stats; 5'11", 24yo, 215lbs, ph usage, Goal: Recomp
