PH help....PLZ!

I'm new to the supplement game and searching the web is crazy. One says it's the best thing since sliced bread and then I see a forum on it that says it's crap. All I would like to know is......what is the best PH to take solo for size gains. I say solo cuz I'm a married w/4 kids working guy and I don't have hundreds of $'s to spend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Money should really not be a factor in laying out a cycle man. you gotta do what it takes to protect the endocrine system.

But for a first ph you should consider something mild like hdrol or epistane. use the search function here and learn what proper on cycle and post cycle supps are necessary

Excuse my ignorance but are the above numbers mg per day/ per wk? ie: 50mg per day 1st 2 wks and 75 mg per day for 4 wks.

I did a cycle of Mythl 1d a while back not knowing (till I saw ppl here talking about it) that it was a PH. It didn't really do anything for me. Is it really a PH and any reason why it wouldn't have helped me at all? Right now I am on an Osta cycle. I really like it but was thinking of doing a PH cycle just to see if there is any difference.

I was just reading online today about Neogenix Supremacy. Is that any good? and what about a stack of that and DA-HCG? Neither of those are PH are they? Would that be good a good stack anyway?
 
You have alot of research to do my friend, before purchasing anything try to set out a little bit of time to look up and get familiar with the compounds out there, primordial performances website has a little menu on the left-hand side of the page with some of the popular ones, get familiar with the companies producing them, you really dont want to just buy any product out there. It's a ton of research but you'll be happy with the results if you do it.

This would be a fantastic route to go man. def safer than the ph (but don't expect the same results). Consider throwing in some PES Erase with those two bad bears

Thanx, I might think about doing that. But, as far as results go, what do you think the difference btwn the 2 (PH and the other stack) would be? Like I said in an earlier post, I took Methyl b4 and felt like I got a little muscle hardness but nothing else. I'm looking to break thru my plateau. Every time I get stuck I chg my diet, chg my workout, and then try some supplement and nothing happens. Then I get po'ed and stop working out all together. It's just so discouraging! Sorry, for the rant. lol

See, that's the problem I'm having. I don't know all the chemical stuff, but I have been researching this stuff for about 6 months now and get conflicting info. One guy says that "X" stuff by "Y" co. is the greatest then someone else says it's crap. So is it good or isn't it?! I even see guys on the the forums arguing the compounds. That's why I'm here posting. Just trying to get some good info if I can. I will chk out that site tho. Thanx.
 
If you're new to the supp game, than why jump right into hormonals? Check out the basics natty wise, like creatine, bcaa's, fish oil, maybe a natty test booster if you want, etc...

The reason why there is so much conflicting info is because different people react differently to different compounds. For example, somepeople may love using epistane because of the recomp effect it gives, whereas others don't because it speeds up their MPB. Another example would be some like 19 nor products for the benefits of muscle hardness, strength where others don't because it may cause prolactin induced gyno. The point is that you have to evaluate the benefits vs sides and make an educated decision on which compound to use. For example, if you fear losing your hair then you will be less likely to use compounds that speed up the process. However, in saying this you won't know until you try them out. I would recommend a mild prohormones with less risk of sides to begin with like hdrol. Or even an AAS like Anavar.

Maybe I should clarify that. I have taken OTC. Done the whole CLA DHEA Trib etc etc etc. I even took Methyl 1D once just cuz I saw it online and sounded good, but nothing has really done anything. I felt better than not doing any supplement at all but nothing that really made a big difference in the end. Right now I am on a cycle of Osta and it's the best thing I've ever taken. But whereas it might work better, I have the feeling it's not going to yield the results I'm looking for. Thanx for the response tho.

Yeah I tried to buy it from nutrpa planet in the form of 1-carboxy, however they don't sell it anymore. I want to import l-dopa but some people say its prohibited in Australia because here it is a prescription medicine. However, from my reading I have understood that p-5-p, l-dopa is used to prevent prolactin from increasing whereas caber is used to reduce prolactin. So basically by using caber alone should be suffucient enought to prevent the gyno (that's saying that I am predisposed to it).

you would be wise to throw the term ''PH'' out of your vocabulary. All a PH is, is a steroid that converts to another steroid. Calling superdrol a PH, like alot of people do, doesnt change the fact that if you run it long enough your HDL will be 0.

technically, testosterone is a PH because it is converted to DHT by 5AR. the term PH is meaningless. some PHs have activity of their own without conversion, and some need to convert to active steroids. the point is they are all steroids. some are more potent than others, but don't fool yourself into thinking since they are legal, they are safe.

the point is that people hear PH and think its safer than AAS [ maybe because they are legal?], when in reality, they are one and the same.some are even called PHs, but really aren't (ex. superdrol,epistane,pheraplex ) Some legal ones are actually alot more potent than some illegal ones.

Halodrol(legal) is a PH. it has activity of its own but also converts to turinabol(illegal) at about 15%. M14add(legal) converts to dianabol(illegal), and so on and so forth.

all of them have the propensity to cause gyno,hairloss,HPTA shutdown, as well as other effects. a few things determine how damaging they are to what. Some have a very bad effect on the liver and lipids, some don't.

Don't just take something somebody says will make you huge or cut, or whatever. Read up on the effects of the steroids themselves, not reviews. A good idea would be to download William Llewellyn's Anabolics 10th edition. you can find a free copy via torrent.

Thanx. I know they are actually AAS and about the conversion and non-conversion, but wasn't sure what the other post was talking about. I'm not looking to buy illegal stuff. I wouldn't even know where to get it. I'm just trying to find out what I can legally get online (b4 it becomes illegal) to reach my goals. I agree that ppl prob think PH's are safer, but I'm not that gullible. lol If the legal Anavar is crap then that answers my ?. Thanx! Guess if I'm going to go the PH route then will do some HDrol stack or something like that.

No worries mate. From my understanding injecting an AAS is more safer than taking a PH, and also yields better results with the same or less sides than a PH. Good Luck on the H-drol cycle and in my opinion it is a good choice.

oh my bad bro. I should have taken you for a PRO, but, when you asked if a proprietary blend of creatine, l arginine, and dhea is real ANAVAR [or a PH to it?] being sold on every dogsh*t supplement site, it kinda made me think you didn't really know alot about PH/AAS.

Let me start by saying that I agree with you that its way to hard to just learn all about this online. But, that is why I am here. I thot that seasoned veterans (you guys) would be able to help me sort some of this out so that I would be able to start a cycle some time this year without becoming a chemist 1st. lol I'm not saying that I won't take your advice. I would love to read up and learn more. But as I've said b4, all the chem names are Greek to me. So, all I'm asking at this point is for info on what product is legit and what is crap and how to safely stack it.

Got a ?....What's the best timing sched for taking H-drol during the day? I've also been looking around and would Superdrol (Beastdrol) be better or for a 1st cycle is H-drol the better way to go?

Hdrol better first cycle. Hdrol has a long half-life, so best timing sched for dosages isn't necessary. I would probably split the dosages. If you were taking 2, one in the morning and one in the evening. Ig you were taking 3, then split through-out the day,

Don't do beast as a first cycle. To be honest, H-drol might not yield as much weight but I feel as if the end result is better because you hold onto more of the weight after PCT. Plus H-drol is more forgiving if you mess up somewhere on diet/exercise/PCT/cycle support. Remember, first cycles are more for getting a feel of things then it is making crazy gains. I personally take half the dose in the morning and the other half 1 hour preworkout. If running 75mg then take 2 caps in the morning and 1 prewo. There has been studies shown that Milkthistle occupies androgen receptors in the prostate so its safe to think it could do the same to your muscles androgen receptors. Make sure you separate your steroid doses and liver support doses by at least 3 hours. I usually take it at night with my casein shake.
 
I thought I would go ahead and post my final results....I was only trying to get big. I don't do any cardio because my work has a fair amount of cardio in it. But, when I started to see some cuts during my osta cycle it made me want more. So, I did 6 weeks of osta and last 2 weeks I dieted and tried to step up the cardio at work and do cardio workouts. Whereas I'm nowhere near what a lot of the guys I see here on AM, I think I'm headed in the right direction. (Pics on my AM page - "Osta Cycle" album)
